Abduction: 2 sets x 20-30 reps
- Warming up the hips focusing on range of motion and activation.

Seated Leg Curl: 2 sets x 10-12 reps
- Squeezing the heels towards the bum holding each rep at the bottom for 2s.

Hack Squat: 3 sets x 8 reps
- Main lift of the workout so go nice and heavy with the lower reps.

Db RDL: 3 sets x 8-10 reps
- Moving from the hips and controlling with the hamstrings.

FFE Lunges: 2 sets x 15 per leg
- 2 versions, you pick. Quads or Glutes?

Sled Work: 3 rounds
- Burn out the legs and go get your post workout treats! 🍔
