SEASON 2 of @alignmentacademypod is HERE!!! 💙🎙️

After Peru, I experienced a deep ego death of my past self (and honestly, I’m still in it).

Over the holidays, I abruptly stopped posting because I felt completely unsure of who I was in my new season of life 🙏🏽

I knew the podcast deserved respect, space, and clarity to evolve alongside me—and that couldn’t be rushed.

Spirit took the lead every step of the way, guiding me to exactly what was needed.

It’s been this wild balance of surrender and hustle. I worked harder than I have in a long time, but at the same time… it felt like “I” didn’t do a thing.

Everything flowed—from the perfect collaborators to the heart-opening guests to the deeper conversations that moved me to tears (you’ll see 😂)

Here’s what’s coming your way in Season 2:

💙 Deeper, more intimate conversations-style episodes that explore topics like never before.
💙 Jaw-dropping guests who will inspire, challenge, and expand your perspective.
💙 Vulnerable, unfiltered discussions—no holding back. behind-closed-doors energy.
💙 Free masterclass-style episodes, where I’m sharing some of my most valuable tools and teachings.

S2 Ep1 is OUT NOW! 🎙️✨

You can find it on Spotify, YouTube, or anywhere you listen to podcasts!

When you listen, don’t forget to rate, review, and DM me to introduce yourself! Seriously—I wanna meet you. 💙🫶🏼 by @alignmentacademypod

What if your procrastination is protecting you from a feeling you don’t want to face? 💭

Sometimes, beneath procrastination is a fear of failure. Beneath the fear of being seen is the possibility of rejection. And beneath holding yourself back is the question: “What if I try and it doesn’t work?”

I believe building emotional resilience starts with gently expanding our capacity to experience those uncomfortable feelings without letting them decide what we’re capable of.

That doesn’t mean pushing yourself into overwhelm. It means practicing small moments of courage: sharing the idea, posting the video, or taking the first step while uncertainty is still there.

Confidence can grow through those moments. You don’t have to feel completely fearless to move toward what matters to you. 🤍

Whose voice do you hear when you think, “I can’t do this”? 🤍
The words we hear as children can shape the way we speak to ourselves years later. If encouragement was rare, self-doubt can feel familiar even when you’re capable of far more than you realise.
That’s one reason I care so deeply about inner child work. It gives us a chance to notice the beliefs we’ve carried forward and begin offering ourselves the support we needed then.
Next time you catch yourself saying “I can’t,” pause and ask: Is this what I believe now, or something I learned to believe about myself?
What’s one encouraging thing you wish you’d heard more often growing up? ✨

Have you ever watched someone’s video and felt drawn to them before you could explain why? ✨
In this conversation, we talk about inner child work, self-worth, and the energy we bring to being seen online. When you begin to believe you’re worthy, you may notice a shift in how you speak, express yourself, and share your work.
It doesn’t mean every video will get more likes. It means you can start creating from a place that feels more like you, instead of looking to the response to tell you whether you’re enough.
If posting online has been bringing up fear or self-doubt, what would you share if you already knew you were worthy? 🤍

If inner child work makes you nervous, I get it. 🤍
The thought of revisiting painful childhood experiences or feeling emotions you’ve worked hard to avoid can be overwhelming. You might wonder why you’d open that door at all.
For me, this work is about gently noticing how old experiences may still be shaping the choices I make today, including the moments when I want something deeply, but can’t seem to take the next step.
You don’t need to dive into every memory or push past what feels manageable. Building the capacity to sit with discomfort can begin with one small moment of curiosity: What am I feeling right now, and what might this part of me need?
Save this for a day when you need the reminder that you’re allowed to go gently. ✨

In this conversation, my guest Darya shares how far she was willing to go to feel safe, seen, and worthy even considering a PhD to prove herself.

She describes growing up walking on eggshells and learning that staying quiet felt safer than speaking up. We talk about how that fear can follow us into adulthood, showing up as perfectionism, procrastination, or a fear of putting ourselves out there.

What stayed with me was her honesty about what she needed underneath all that striving: to feel held, loved, seen, and to know her father was proud of her.

If you’ve been trying to force yourself to take a step and still feel stuck, I hope this conversation invites a gentler question: What might the part of you that’s afraid need right now?🤍

She went from unfulfilled corporate girl → entrepreneur… but one of her biggest hurdles wasn’t figuring out what to do.

It was overcoming her fear of being seen.

Tomorrow on the pod, I’m bringing on one of my former clients to share her journey of leaving the corporate world, stepping into entrepreneurship, and doing the inner work that helped her stop hiding and start fully showing up.

We talk about the fear of judgment, visibility, trusting yourself enough to go after what you actually want, and what it really takes to become the version of you who is willing to be SEEN.

If you know you’re meant for more but a part of you is still scared to fully put yourself out there… you’re going to love this one. 🎙️🦋

New episode drops TOMORROW 💕

A beautiful relationship is not created by finding a person who never triggers you.

It is created by becoming willing to see and take responsibility for the behaviours that keep you in separation.

The defensiveness.

The emotional withdrawal.

The need to control the outcome.

The habit of blaming, avoiding, or shutting down when intimacy feels uncomfortable.

Before asking how your partner needs to change, there is a more powerful question you can ask:

“What am I doing that is keeping me disconnected from my partner, from God, and from life?”

Our relationships can become sacred mirrors. They show us our unhealed wounds, emotional triggers, protective patterns, and the places where we have learned to abandon ourselves or close our hearts.

But awareness alone is not enough.

We must also cultivate the emotional capacity and nervous system safety to remain present with what the mirror reflects—without collapsing into shame, becoming defensive, or immediately turning away.

That is where conscious love begins: not in perfection, but in the willingness to see yourself clearly, meet yourself compassionately, and choose a new way of relating.

What pattern are you ready to stop carrying into your relationships? #firststeps #love #spirituality #innerchildhealing #spiritualpodcast by @alignmentacademypod

Sometimes the hardest part of relationship conflict is not deciding who is right. It is finding the courage to keep your heart open when every protective part of you wants to close it.

When I feel hurt or emotionally dysregulated, there can be a younger part of me saying, “He needs to understand what he did. He needs to know that I’m right.”

That part may want to withdraw, turn away, or shut down emotionally, not because she does not love deeply, but because disconnection once felt safer than vulnerability.

But conscious love continues to invite me into a different question:

What does this relationship need from me right now?

Sometimes the answer is not another explanation, defence, or attempt to prove my point. Sometimes it is one small sliver of vulnerability:

“I’m hurt.”

“I’m scared that we won’t find our way back.”

“I want to feel close to you, even though this is difficult.”

Opening your heart does not mean abandoning your boundaries, silencing your needs, or tolerating harmful behaviour. It means learning to communicate your truth without using emotional withdrawal as protection.

This is the work of nervous system regulation, inner child healing, and healthy communication: choosing connection without abandoning yourself.

Do you tend to reach for vulnerability ,or shut down, when conflict feels overwhelming?#relationshiphealing #healthycommunication #innerchildhealing #emotionalregulation #consciousrelationships by @alignmentacademypod

Your anger may be trying to tell you something.

Sometimes, beneath anger, there is hurt. Sadness. Betrayal. Fear. Rejection. Or a younger version of you who still does not feel heard, protected, or understood.

Anger is not something you need to shame yourself for. It can be a messenger pointing toward a boundary that was crossed, an emotional trigger that needs attention, or a need that has remained unmet for far too long.

Before trying to “fix” the feeling, you may need to move the energy through your body—through breath, movement, sound, or another safe form of emotional release. Once your nervous system feels more settled, you can gently ask:

“What is my anger protecting?”

“What need is not being met?”

“Which version of me needs support right now?”

Sometimes the answer comes from your inner child. Other times, it is your inner teen—the version of you who may have felt dismissed, misunderstood, controlled, or unable to express what she truly needed.

Healing begins when you stop fighting the emotion and start listening to the message beneath it.
