Caged birds think everything is cringe.

Being seen. Believing in yourself. Wanting more. Following the pull on your soul.

They’ll mock what they don’t have the courage to pursue.

Stop taking guidance from people disconnected from their own calling.

Everyone wants the result. Very few people want the becoming.

They want the dream relationship, the successful business, the confidence, the freedom, the money, the peace…

But becoming the version of you who can actually HOLD those things will probably require you to get really fucking uncomfortable.

It requires looking at your patterns instead of blaming your circumstances. Investing in yourself before you have proof. Feeling rejection without making it mean something about you. Taking action while you’re scared. Sitting with the emotions you’ve spent your entire life avoiding.

I didn’t create my life because I magically stopped feeling fear, insecurity or discomfort.

I created it because I stopped letting those feelings make my decisions for me.

Most people aren’t actually blocked from what they want.

They just haven’t built the capacity to tolerate what it feels like to become the person who has it.

And THAT is the work. 🫶🏼

Can’t believe it’s been a year since I left San Diego and started traveling full-time. At the time I was single and starting my life over.

Almost 10 months later and I live in Bali with my boyfriend.

Life can change fast when you trust the unknown.

I’m gunna bet you don’t need another strategy.

Most got my clients come to me just having come out of business containers but not being Apple to apply or take action in anything.

then they focus on their energy and clearing all the subconscious blocks to taking the action and suddenly they find their success.

Inner work > strategy
