Hi, I'm Aline 🧚🏻 so happy you're here🌟

Yoga & Pilates instructor teaching both group and private classes, for those who want a closer, more personal experience too.

Reiki therapist and a strong believer in the body mind soul connection, I coach clients on their wellbeing through Reiki, working with the nervous system and energy, not just the body.

Reiki sessions are online for now, but if we've worked together before, home sessions are available too. Everything else lives on my website 🌙

I'm known for good music, good energy, and holding space especially for women who want to connect deeper with their bodies. Being an instructor has always felt like more than movement to me, it's a way of guiding people back to themselves.

Bubbly, energetic, and forever a dancer at heart. I've danced since I was a kid and still love to dance it out whenever I can.

Because so many of you sent me this reel, I had to post it too 😂 y'all know me too well😍✨🫶🏼

Music has always been part of how I teach. Whether it's yoga or Pilates. Somewhere along the way, building playlists that make you feel something became one of the parts I have the most fun with. The right track can turn a hard set into a moment of pure bliss. Don't you agree?

That's actually why I started learning to DJ this year, it just felt like a natural extension of what I already love doing🧞‍♀️✨💖 🎧✨🧚🏼‍♀️

Loving myself enough to protect my peace. Letting go was never about loving less❤️

Loving someone & protecting my peace were never opposites ⚡️ it just took me so long to see that.

I release with love anything that is not aligned, not resentment.

There is no one else who moves through this world exactly as you do, and your presence will naturally resonate more deeply in some spaces than others✨

Not every space will know what to do with your energy.

Sometimes seeing the potential in everything and everyone can actually be a coping mechanism🥵🫠

Because potential gives us something to hold onto when reality is asking us to let go 🎈

We tell ourselves, “They’re a good person deep down.”
“They’re just going through something.”
“I know who they could be.”

And maybe all of that is true. But at some point, we have to stop relating to people based on who we believe they could become and start accepting them for who they consistently show themselves to be.

⚠️There is a difference between believing in the good in someone and ignoring the evidence of how they treat you 📣

You can see someone’s potential, understand their wounds, empathize with their circumstances...and still choose not to stay where their actions hurt you❤️‍🩹

Maybe that’s the lesson: I don’t have to stop seeing the good in people. I just have to stop letting the good I imagine outweigh the reality I experience. taken in Luxembourg by @aline_now
