A little gift from me to you❤️

I recorded *Reiki for Deep Cellular Healing* in May 2025, and since then it has been listened to by hundreds of people😍🎧💫✨

To this day I still receive so many sweet messages and compliments about it, and every single one touches my heart ✨🧚🏼

Put your headphones on, lie down, and let the Reiki energy flow into every cell of your body💖

Listen whenever you need to slow down, release, or simply come back home to yourself 🌙

You can still find it on Spotify and SoundCloud 🎧

But if you'd love the MP3 to keep forever, download it for free via the link in bio, in The Aligned Space section on alinenowacki.com 💫

And if it touches you, I'd love to hear how it felt for you in the comments ✨🌞💫

With love,
Aline 🧚🏼

It always sounds woo woo until you feel it for yourself 😌✨

Until you sleep through the night again. Until your mind stops racing. Until you trust your intuition and finally feel like *you* again 🤍

Meditation and Reiki work hand in hand.

Meditation is the practice you build yourself, a few minutes a day.

#Reiki is the healing you receive, all you have to do is lie down and let go 💫

Both guide your nervous system out of survival mode and back into rest. And that's where the magic starts 💫

Come and feel it at @the.aligned.space 🧚🏼

Hi💖 I'm Aline & this is my space for energy work & meditations ✨

🧚🏼 And because I'm a total oversharer, I couldn't keep my story to myself 🤭

When I was 11, I lost two of my most precious grandparents within six months.

My grandmother was my best friend. She lived in her home country, Denmark, far from me in Luxembourg, yet she was one of the closest person to my heart ✨🧚🏼🇩🇰✨❤️💫

It was the first time I experienced grief, and it shook my little world completely🥲 🎈🧸

So I did the only thing that felt natural. I started talking to her. Out loud. In my head. In my room, on walks, before falling asleep🌙✨

And slowly, something beautiful happened.

Our connection didn't end, it changed form.

Through her, I discovered a whole world beyond what we can see.

My intuition grew stronger.

I started feeling my angels, my guides, and a love so much bigger than me, *God, the source of it all✨🕊️

That little girl talking to her grandmother is the reason this space exists 🦄

Everything I share here comes from that same place: the knowing that we are never truly alone, that love doesn't disappear, and that we are all so much more connected than we think💫

We're living in such inspiring times. More and more of us are remembering who we really are. And if you're here reading this, maybe you're remembering too🪞

Welcome to The Aligned Space.

I'm so happy you found your way here🌙

With love,
