THE KIP IS HERE AND HERE TO STAY!!! 🔥

I started CrossFit June 1st. Today, I walked in and said, “I want to start drilling bar muscle-ups.”

And we DID!

Until today, I’d only practiced these from a box. This was DAY ONE from the ground, using my kip, momentum, and body to learn the movement.

Are they assisted? YES! Jason was right there helping me through the transition. But that’s the point. We’re DRILLING. Learning. Building the skill.

Four months ago, I couldn’t do any of this.

There’s something incredible about watching your body learn something new.

You’re always going to suck until you start getting good.

Spirit Halloween really nailed my costume this year. 😂

10 straight days of events across Colorado. Demos. Follow-ups. Brokerages. Associations. Conversations. A LOT of caffeine. And apparently, a few battle scars.

But THIS is why we do it…

500 REAL/REMAX agents are officially migrating to RE-Sure and it was announced at their company retreat TODAY.

The best part? Half of them came by our table telling us THEY’RE EXCITED ABOUT IT. 🙌🏻

That hits different.

Change isn’t always easy to sell, especially in an industry that’s done things the same way for a long time. But when people start getting excited about a better way to work? That’s momentum.

Demo. Follow up. Close. Repeat.

A little life lately. 🖤

I’ve been training hard, working hard, laughing a lot, chasing some pretty big things, and spending time with some pretty damn good people.

Life looks different these days, and honestly, so do I. I’m learning to really like where this is going.

Another month of becoming more of who I want to be. And now, another week to keep building on it.

Hi. I’m Ali. 👋🏻 And I feel like it’s time to reintroduce myself.

Somewhere along the way, this page and honestly, my life, started looking a little different.

So… who am I these days?

🏋🏻‍♀️ I’m an athlete, currently training and competing in CrossFit and HYROX and constantly chasing something I can’t do yet.

🏡 I work with RE-Sure, helping real estate agents work smarter and navigate change.

📱 I help businesses and people with social media and content because I genuinely LOVE helping people tell their story and build community.

And personally? I’m rebuilding, growing, and pushing myself to chase some bigger dreams.

One of them is Motivational Speaking. 🎤

I have stories to tell, lessons I’ve earned, and a belief I keep coming back to: When life hits hard, go find something harder.

Train… Build… Try… Fail… Learn… Get uncomfortable… Find out what you’re capable of.
