Life doesn’t rush. It moves in cycles. Like the ocean. Like the sky. Like us. There are seasons of blooming, when the soul glows from within. And seasons of silence, when the heart learns to listen. We don’t have to be strong all the time. We don’t have to have all the answers. Sometimes, it’s enough to trust the flow. Leaves fall so they can grow again in spring. Night arrives so the sunrise feels brighter. JANUARY 2026 In 2025, I introduced a new habit : to reflect on each month publicly in my blog. To track my progress. To see what worked and what didn’t. I’m continuing this tradition. January was intense 😵‍💫 - New Year celebration on a yacht in Dubai. - Daily content during the first weeks of January. Testing formats and ideas. Gained a few hundred new followers. - On January 4th, early in the morning, I received a job offer in Thailand and accepted it the same day. - Gained access to several new professional platforms in the UAE. - Shooting for a sportswear brand. - Connected with a creative community in Dubai. - Attended meetings of a women’s community. - Started developing an original immersive show concept with team - Failed my internal driving exam 🤡 - Photoshoot collaboration with a photographer. - Conducted several individual sessions - Attended One Billion Summit. met inspiring people and created a lot of content. - Packed up my life in Dubai: organized my belongings, transferred storage to a friend, and handed over my apartment to a new tenant. - January 13th .arrived in Phuket. Started working the very next day. -Signed a one-year apartment contract. Adaptation was challenging every day felt mentally overwhelming. - Met Till Lindemann 🤘🏻 It was an incredibly intense and eventful month. The speed of events was so high that I barely had time to pause before the next responsibility appeared. Relocation. A new position. A new rhythm. In the middle of all that intensity, I stopped working out regularly. My nutrition declined. My physical state changed immediately. Now it’s mid-February. Only in the past week have I finally allowed myself to slow down and reflect. And yeah, I am no longer working with the company that brought me to Thailand 😹 So now I’m in a “legal” pause but in reality, I’m simply redirecting my focus back to my own projects. January showed me that I can move fast and make bold decisions. February is about clarity and alignment. How was your January? Comment down below by @alisa.russo
