6 years at Brook Hills!!

Obviously not letting today pass without a post! This year of ministry has simultaneously been the most difficult and the most life-giving. All praise belongs to the Lord for the rich ministry that’s happened over the last 365 days.

I’ve loved being a student minister more than words can really convey. (More on that to come, I’m sure.) And I love @brookhillsstudents even more. I’m humbled and grateful that the Lord saw fit to call me here.

Year 7, let’s go!

🇳🇮Nicaragua🇳🇮

It’s taken me a few weeks to process this trip. I love these student trips more than I can say! I also love Nicaragua and the friends who live there more than I can say.

We saw the Lord work in truly incredible ways through this team. During our last church service, we brought a little BH to Nicaragua as we recited the Great Commission. May we always be committed to making disciples and pouring ourselves out for the sake of the gospel.

My heart is full. To God be the glory, great things He has done.

Hey friends! I’m very excited to share that I have a great opportunity to serve on a short term trip to North Africa next month. (For privacy reasons, I’m not sharing the exact location publicly, but if you would like to know, please reach out!) I’m also thrilled that I get to serve alongside several dear BH friends as we share the gospel in some unique and exciting ways.

Additional context: I was supposed to serve on a BH short term trip last summer. At the time, my dad was very sick, so I backed out of the trip the day before it started. Ultimately, this was the best decision. At the time, I couldn’t have known that I would only have a few weeks left with my dad. As difficult as they were, those final days I had with him are days I will treasure for the rest of my life.

As I made that decision, I prayed that the Lord would provide other opportunities to serve. He has done just that - specifically through this trip to North Africa! I’m so grateful. Thankfully, I have a flight credit from last summer that will carry over to this trip. The contributions I received last summer were not in vain, they just ended up being for North Africa instead of the UK! God truly has been at work in all of the details.

This trip has a quick turnaround time, so I’ll be sharing ways you can show support soon, if the Lord leads you that direction (the link to the trip page is already in my bio). Most importantly, please be praying for our team as we go!
