Happy National Girls and Women in Sports Day!!

Sports has always been a huge part of my life. I've been involved in sports activities since I was 3 years old: gymnastics, ice skating, tennis, volleyball, you name it.

It's given me discipline and contributed to my overall development as a student, working professional, and a continued competitor over the years. It's allowed me to travel and compete in different countries. I will always be grateful for sport. Let's celebrate today and get girls involved!

*TRIGGER WARNING* IF YOU DON'T LIKE BLOOD

Come with me to get Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy on my Chronic Hamstring Tedonopathy. We had to do conservative treatments to get me through season like physical therapy and Shockwave Therapy but now that season is done really wanna get this thing healed up. #athlete #mastersathletics #treatment by @aliwild_1

Media dump: 3 weeks in S. Korea really wasn't enough. I love travel much, so I started to ask myself am I making this a track trip or a travel trip the way I was moving. 🤣🤣 Between competing in 4 track events spread across two weeks, I tried to squeeze in as much exploring in Seoul and Daegu as I could. This isn't even the half of it, I just recommend you go! I def want to go back.

The key to going to a completely empty theme park is to go when it is 95 degrees outside with 90% humidity and rain in the forecast. 😊
