#smiles of the 2026 World Master Athletics Championships
.
It hasn’t been 24 hrs since I left Daegu, S Korea so 💯💯 still processing the last 2 weeks at my first world masters championships. Low-key waited years to officially join the #mastersathletics #community and @wmac2026 & @worldmastersathletics did not disappoint.

Grateful for all of it. From connecting with fellow 35-39 age grouped athletes, to learning about the mindset of athletes who continue to push to be the best they can be at 50+, to seeing what relationships in the context of training can look like, to getting to know and bonding with fellow jumpers, to training and competing in world class stadium, to representing Taiwan along with 100+ fellow athletes. It’s been such a joy and I’m excited to see how this #journey continues to unfold.

Started at 6am this morning with pilates. Weights after and I'll get my achilles shockwave treatment this afternoon. No matter what we still move...Daegu in a exactly a month.

On Saturday, November 22, I got to gather with my Sacramento community to do some good and have so much fun doing it. We collected donations for the @sacfoodbank and the @crhkids while dancing, eating, bonding, and just enjoying each other’s company.

I’m so grateful for the amazing people I’ve met this year through local run clubs, my new volleyball group, and Meetup. Here’s to more community, more impact, and more joy together. I adore you all so so much. Thanks for making my world brighter and richer 💛✨

Fantastic run girls! We defended the European title from Pescara 2023 and had a quick time of 49.20! 🎉 👐

Feels amazing to win my first European Gold! 😭🥇

Being able to hear the National anthem with my parents and Calum there to share it with was a special moment ❤️🤗
