From cluttered to CLEARED! 👀🔥

Another garage transformation in Evergreen, San Jose!

It’s amazing how much space you can get back when you finally get rid of everything you no longer need.

Our crew showed up, loaded everything, and gave this homeowner their garage back. 💪🌹

Be honest… could your garage use a little attention too? 😂👇

Old appliances? Gone. 💪
Used light bulbs? Headed for recycling. ♻️
Happy property manager? That’s the goal! 🌹

Another day keeping our commercial clients’ properties clean and their maintenance teams focused on bigger things.

We’re not just the guys who haul junk. We help take care of the little headaches that come with managing properties.

👇 Property managers, what’s the ONE thing you wish you could get off your maintenance team’s plate?

😳 You wouldn’t believe how this place looked BEFORE!

Furniture, boxes, trash, and belongings everywhere. Our crew came in, cleared it all out, and gave this unit a much-needed fresh start. 💪

This is the kind of transformation we love showing off!

Now the property management team can focus on getting the unit ready for its next tenant.

👇 Be the judge: How satisfying was that AFTER reveal? Rate it 1–10!

** Shout out to the team for making this work for our property management clients **

Two loads. One promise: donate as much as we can. ♻️🌹

Our customer moved out and left a driveway full of junk and items with life left in them. We brought our box truck for the donations and our trailer for the junk—and got to work!

Taking the time to separate usable items is part of our service at All Roses Junk Hauling. When items can be donated, we make every effort to give them a second home.

Moving out or need a clean-out? Let our family help yours. Send us photos for an estimate! 📲

🏡 REALTORS: Your seller moved out—but the stuff is still there.

That’s where All Roses Junk Hauling comes in. 🌹

We recently helped a REALTOR in Los Gatos clear out the last items left behind after the seller had packed, moved, and handled everything else.

Furniture. Household items. Garage leftovers. The things no one wants to deal with at the end of a move.

We can help your clients with:

• Pre-listing cleanouts
• Moving and downsizing leftovers
• Garage and estate cleanouts
• Furniture and appliance removal
• Donation hauling
• Last-minute property cleanups
• Post-move cleanouts

We’ll clear out what’s left, donate usable items whenever possible, haul away the rest, and leave the space ready for its next chapter.

That means one less problem for your sellers—and one more reliable vendor for you.

Serving Los Gatos, San Jose, and Santa Clara County.

♻️ This is what community looks like. 🙌

We had an awesome time partnering with local real estate agents Liza Carneghi, Andrea Saenz, and Christine Hanks to host our E-Waste Collection Event for the 95125 community!

What we really appreciate about working with these ladies is that they’re not just focused on real estate — they’re service-driven, community-minded, and always looking for ways to give back to the neighborhoods they serve. ❤️

Our team at All Roses Junk Hauling was proud to work alongside them, helping residents responsibly clear out unwanted electronics and keeping e-waste out of the regular waste stream.

Great people. Great turnout. Great cause. ♻️🌹

We’re looking forward to doing more community events like this together!
