Building strong client relationships makes all the difference in the hauling business. Asking questions, understanding the purpose behind each job, and finding ways to save clients money turn junk removal into something more meaningful. One person’s trash can truly become another’s treasure. ♻️

You never know what can happen when you show up 🎃

Comment “SEMINAR” if you want more information about the next one 🎤

Thank you to our sponsors @robinmesina_ and @all.roses.junk.hauling 💰

We learned all about the Big Beautiful Bill and how to take advantage of it 🔥

Here’s what it is, 100% BONUS DEPRECIATION 😳

Here’s how my best investors are utilizing it:

✅Purchase a Short Term Rental (purchased after
January 2025)
✅Utilize Material Participation
✅Put it on Steroids with a Cost Segregation Study
✅Unlock the ability to Deduct huge amounts from your W2 income in year 1
✅Use that money to rinse and repeat...

You could show a paper loss of $200K, $300K, or even
$400K+ depending on the property and your income - and then use that to legally offset your income 😱

More money in your pocket, less money in taxes 👍

if you thought about buying or selling real estate in the near future send us a message, we’d love to help 💭

This last Saturday, our team hosted a Dumpsters and Donuts day for our neighbors. It was a huge hit!

Many people came by, got rid of junk, and hung out to enjoy some goodies!

We’re so grateful for my team, family, friends, and the support of our community. Can’t wait to host our next event! 🥰

What would paying ZERO income tax do for you and your family 😱

Comment TAX and I’ll send over an invite to our seminar this Saturday 9/13 where we go over all of this 📝

We took our clients to take a look at potential Airbnb properties in Gilroy and also stopped by the Farmers Market for some garlic ice cream🍦

The Big Beautiful Bill passed earlier this year 🔥

There’s a lot in the Bill but tucked inside is one of the best real estate hacks ever to save you from paying taxes legally💰

✨It doesn’t matter the distance or the size of their sphere—what matters is building real connections. Networking is about getting to know their business so you can confidently refer them back. 💡🤝

SOLD ✨ 🏡 This probate sale had many moving parts, but with some thoughtful updates we achieved an amazing result — $66,000 over asking! 🏡
A huge thank you to @gilroypaintjay 🧄 for the fresh coat of paint and to @all.roses.junk.hauling for the cleanup and landscaping removal — your work made all the difference!
✨ Pro tip: planning ahead with your estate can help your loved ones avoid the probate process. Need a referral? Just reach out — I’ve got someone great I trust!
