I wanted to see what happened when I said No

There’s a point in every session, every workout where that inner bitch shows up and starts talking the loudest shit

The pain cave doesn’t let you hide from any of it

I didn’t just do this to get in a different type of shape

But to prove to myself that my mind will always be my strongest muscle

I can push through everything when everything in me says stop

That transfers to more than just fitness

This is a huge part of my life, huge part of who I am and what I do. Today was very special for me as I’ve added another layer of impact and purpose to my life in my newest role as a personal trainer.
