What a great couple of days at @CaffeCultureShow last month! ☕

We loved teaming up with @brades_farm, chatting all things milk and coffee with so many brilliant baristas, and sharing a little more about Allan Reeder with customers old and new. by @allanreederltd

We loved being part of the @hospitalityaction Winter Chefs’ Dinner and welcoming some of our industry friends to join us at the Allan Reeder table.

It was a fantastic opportunity to come together, enjoy a brilliant evening and support a charity that does so much for people working across hospitality.

Even better, the night raised more than £88,000 for Hospitality Action - well done to everyone who supported the event. by @allanreederltd

Entries are officially open for The Roux Scholarship 2027!

We’re incredibly proud to be sponsoring the @roux_scholarship for a second year, supporting a competition that has played such an important role in developing and inspiring some of the UK’s most talented chefs.

If you’re an ambitious chef ready to challenge yourself, take the next step in your career and see where the experience could take you, now’s the time to work on your entry.

Good luck to everyone entering. We can’t wait to follow the journey! 🙌 by @allanreederltd

You may have already spotted @chefronniem appearing across our social channels, from the recent National Chef of the Year and Young National Chef of the Year mentor days to the celebration event. Today, we’re delighted to officially welcome Ronnie as our Chef Ambassador.

We’ve worked with Ronnie for 25 years and love how he shares our passion for great food, strong supplier relationships and championing the people behind every ingredient. Through his work, he’ll help us tell the stories of British farming, showcase outstanding produce, share recipes and inspire chefs in all sectors.

We’re excited about what’s to come and can’t wait to share more of Ronnie’s journey with the Allan Reeder family. by @allanreederltd

Today we celebrate 55 years of Allan Reeder Ltd. We are incredibly proud of Allan and everything he has achieved, as well as the Reeder family and the many colleagues who have been part of our journey over the last five and a half decades. Their hard work and dedication have helped shape the business into what it is today.

Thank you also to our customers for your continued support over the years. We could not have reached this milestone without you. by @allanreederltd

@caffecultureshow 2026 was our busiest show yet with the wonderful @allanreederltd .

2 days full of partnership, collaboration and wonderful conversations with faces old and new. Huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the event so fun!

The main message from the show is that the industry values quality milk and customers care about where that milk comes from. We had a lot of queries about how we ensure the quality of our milk. The answer is we start at the farm with hundreds of quality measures factored in. Once it leaves the farm it goes into our designated tanker and silo at our processor and we have full control of it from cow to cup.

Quality is so important with barista milk because it impacts a number of things: shelf life, performance ( how it steams and produces micro foam) , taste and reputation.

Traceability also allows customers to connect back to where their supply originates. So our story becomes your customers.

If you'd like to know more or have deeper conversations with us about this please reach out.

James recently spent time with @vlad_mir_chef , development chef at @cdc.events, to learn more about the culinary experiences that have helped him secure a place in this year’s National Chef of the Year final. We also took along some Allan Reeder dairy goodies to help him prepare for the final. by @allanreederltd
