@caffecultureshow 2026 was our busiest show yet with the wonderful @allanreederltd .
2 days full of partnership,collaboration and wonderful conversations with faces old and new. Huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the event so fun!
The main message from the show is that the industry values quality milk and customers care about where that milk comes from. We had a lot of queries about how we ensure the quality of our milk. The answer is we start at the farm with hundreds of quality measures factored in. Once it leaves the farm it goes into our designated tanker and silo at our processor and we have full control of it from cow to cup.
Quality is so important with barista milk because it impacts a number of things: shelf life, performance ( how it steams and produces micro foam) , taste and reputation.
Traceability also allows customers to connect back to where their supply originates. So our story becomes your customers.
