Looking back on an excellent Caffè Culture 2026 👏 We shot content across four clients, and dipped our toe a bit further into the world of exhibition stands by designing and building the stand for @brades_farm. A brilliantly organised event by the team at @caffecultureshow – see you next year!

Cows and the importance of looking after them and having a team that cares about them.

The aim is to ensure the cows feel safe and content and that we have the right people on our team who ensure the highest welfare standards are met.

Farming isn't just a job, it's absolutely a way of life. It's working alongside nature and having a duty of care for our cows and ensuring we raise industry standards.

Having traceability within our supply chain means we can showcase what we do to customers first hand so they can come visit the farm and actually feel proud of where their milk comes from and get to know the herd of cows that produce it. by @nizatto

@caffecultureshow 2026 was our busiest show yet with the wonderful @allanreederltd .

2 days full of partnership, collaboration and wonderful conversations with faces old and new. Huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the event so fun!

The main message from the show is that the industry values quality milk and customers care about where that milk comes from. We had a lot of queries about how we ensure the quality of our milk. The answer is we start at the farm with hundreds of quality measures factored in. Once it leaves the farm it goes into our designated tanker and silo at our processor and we have full control of it from cow to cup.

Quality is so important with barista milk because it impacts a number of things: shelf life, performance ( how it steams and produces micro foam) , taste and reputation.

Traceability also allows customers to connect back to where their supply originates. So our story becomes your customers.

Sustainability 🪲🌱🚜

At Brades another thing we're really focused on and passionate about is sustainability and farming in the best possible way we can. We embrace science and new technologies. It's so hard to showcase this as we do lots of little things that start to add up to a huge difference.

Innovation has always been a strength. Always questioning "could we do this any better?". Embracing new ways to do things and encouraging those that work well to be adopted by other farmers.

As farmers we've got a huge opportunity to tackle things like climate change head on. We want our legacy to be that we leave our part of the planet a little better than we found it. 💚

When the farmers pap the photographer! It was such a pleasure working with @cinematomgraphy from @nizatto on the recent photo/video shoot. Never have we seen someone so at ease with our friendly herd.

A huge thank you also to @atkinsons.coffee who allowed us to film on their stunning space at Lancaster castle.

We have lots to show off and keep your eyes peeled for the next installment. 👀🚜☀️❤️🐮📷🎥 by @nizatto

Brades Farm

Let us introduce ourselves. We've been producing barista milk for over a decade. As a small family business we are guilty of getting our heads down to manage the day to day and things like telling our story can come further down the priority list than we'd like.

Last month we drafted in the help of @nizatto and welcomed Tommy to the farm for a couple of days to capture what we do and help us share our story, so customers old and new can start to build a picture of who we are and what we stand for.

Fully traceable milk from cow to cup from a farm that likes to push the boundaries and do things a bit differently.

Huge thanks to the Tom and the team for helping us on this project and hope it helps bring you a bit closer to where the milk in your coffee comes from.

Finally a huge thank you to our customers who continue to support what we do. It means so much to us. by @nizatto

In 12 days time we're heading back to London to sponsor the Dairy for @caffecultureshow 2026. Here's what we got up to last year. @allanreederltd and ourselves will be on stand B7 and will be putting Brades Barista milk throughout the show and working with some wonderful partners throughout the 2 days. Come say hello. by @nizatto

We loved working with the team at @macapgrinders on the launch of the Supra G Series – a grinder that meets exacting engineering standards without losing sight of what ends up in the cup.

Helping debut it at @hostmilano 2025 was a bit of a moment for us. Always good working with a team that cares this much about the detail. by @nizatto

Good audio is felt, not just heard. Deconstructing a recent workshop edit for @espressosolutions. Layering audio tracks to give their bespoke services the tactile punch they deserve. by @nizatto
