2022 was just amazing..... Tried to make it as chronologically correct as possible, but IG was too glitchy. Couldn't fit it all in buy some awesome highlights. 1st full yr reunited with my little sis, and we had a blast. Thank you to all my friends and family for making this year amazing. 🥂Happy New Year to all. by @allendejasmine

Parents: These kids are out of control..... Gental parenting never saved a child from themselves. Be parents not enablers, you're not doing these kids any favors!!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️

Don't Ever Doubt Yourself 💪🏾😉
There are many times doubt creeps in, but then I think to myself .....I RATHER FIGHT THROUGH THE DOUBT THAN LIVE WITH REGRET. by @allendejasmine

Flex/Strength Challenge 🤦🏿‍♀️🤣
There was no way to make this look good, and it was definitely not easy for ME. Our star resident Jen did it like the usual star pupil. 🤣We need to make these harder just for her. Dawn, who is always ready for a challenge, also did it the first time. This is one time I'm going to use my age as an excuse for the many tries.... or just my fat 🍑. taken in Choice Fitness Haverhill by @allendejasmine

My biggest accomplishment this year has been my leg strength. Menopause provided the persistent retention of weight, but I found that it benefited my leg growth. I'm changing nutrition and focus in this next season, so let's see where this takes me prior to lean season starts.
It's been a while.... since I'm posted a compilation, but here is leg day. Summer was fun, but now it's time to build again 💪🏾😉 taken in Choice Fitness Haverhill by @allendejasmine
