POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

From seeing all the insanely talented cosplayers, catching up with vendor and artist friends, and just taking in everything the con had to offer, it was an pretty chill weekend.

Whether you’ve supported my work before or discovered my art for the first time this weekend, I seriously appreciate everyone who stopped by, grabbed some stickers, said hello, or just took a moment to check out my work.

Challenge accepted. 💜

I hadn’t taken a spin class in almost a month… and I thought that bike was going to take me out.

I also hadn’t done one of our challenges in just as long, and I knew how good it felt to be back on the turf with my girls.

The truth is, when you’re trying to close one chapter while opening another, raising a family, making the most of summer, running a business, and training clients… it’s a balancing act.

And I don’t always win.

So if you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quieter on social media, just know it’s because there’s a whole lot of work happening behind the scenes.

I can’t wait to share what’s coming.

Until then…
• Turn on post notifications.
• Say a little prayer for us.
• Keep an eye on your email if you’re on our list.

And if you’re not on our email list yet… let me know. You won’t want to miss what’s next. 💜

Where do women find community?

Not online. Not by scrolling. Not by watching everyone else’s life happen.

They find it by showing up.

They find it sitting next to a stranger in a class who becomes a friend.

They find it through shared experiences, shared struggles, shared laughs, and shared victories.

The truth is, many women spend years taking care of everyone else while quietly wishing they had more friends, more connection, more support, and more fun.

That’s exactly why Dawn’s Here exists.

Not just to help women get stronger.

To help women feel like they belong.

As we prepare for our biggest chapter yet, we’re inviting you to be part of it.

Join us for our Women’s Wellness Fundraiser and Social Night.

Come meet the community.
See the vision.
Hear what’s coming next.
Connect with incredible local women and businesses.

Whether you’ve been a member for years, have been watching from the sidelines, or just stumbled across our page, this is your invitation.

Because community isn’t something you find.

It’s something you build.

And we’re building something special.

Come be part of it. 💜

And here we are again…

Another challenge.
Another round of jumping. 😅

But real talk for a second…

If you pee a little when you jump, skip, sneeze, laugh, run, or work out…

You should probably come see us next Monday at 5:30 PM.

Because while it’s common, it’s not something you simply have to accept as part of being a woman.

Dr. Meg will be joining us for a special pelvic floor workshop where we’ll learn more about what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what you can do about it.

No judgment.
No awkwardness.
Just education, answers, and support.

📅 Monday at 5:30 PM
📍 Dawn’s Here Fitness
🎟 Book through Moments
💰 Donation-based fundraiser supporting our expansion

Now carry on with your jumping challenge… and if you crossed your legs watching this video, we’ll see you Monday. 😉

You mature when you realize its not about a highlight reel, its about the long game & longevity. ✨️
.
🧠 Mindset is the foundation.
🔑 Consistency is the strategy.
🏅 Progress is the reward.
.
Believing in yourself before the results show up is the hardest for many people, then throw in dicipline and consistency in a world full of shortcuts, can be harder.
.
Its easy to talk that talk... one day, I wish...
Its harder to walk that walk...
..but when you do....🦋 You'll transform 🦋
.
Just hoping to share the mindset that keeps pushing me daily....its not an easy journey & everyone is different, if my goal with social media is anything, its that you want to continuously improve yourself, especially when $hit is not ideal & find freedom in movement and strength. When people feel better about themselves and strive for progress... they are usually to be better around & for others... for anybody negative MFs, it consumes them, let them be
.
Went off on a tangent here when what Jas says to me in the video is actually hilarious 😆😭 & why I was going post it. Will have to share on my story without audio but I love this version of this song .....all my Gemini personalities showing right now 🙏🏼💪🏼🥰😈🦋💃 on that idgaf and doing what brings me joy vibe ❤️
