Sunday Funday with @pausetanglewood x @porsche !!💕💅🏽✨🌷

Loved all of the recovery stations @_pause.studio_ offered not only at today’s event but also in studio, which offer science-backed recovery experiences designed to help reduce inflammation, relieve stress, boost energy, improve sleep, and help you feel your best.

Y’all know I love a good infrared sauna, cryo & cold plunge😍 & Pause offers all of these amazing amenities plus so much more!! Whether you’re recovering from a workout, managing a busy lifestyle (all my pro dance friendssss!), or simply making time for yourself, Pause makes wellness an essential part of your routine. 🤍

✨Excited for the grand opening in Tanglewood this September!✨ taken in Porsche River Oaks by @alli__kate
