Meet Alexandra Anderson!! Alexandra is originally from the RGV & has been in Austin for 5 years. She is the owner of @thestretchmobilitycoachwparmer , where she optimizes people’s movement. Alex’s motto is “Do it for the endorphins.” Influenced by her career as a Licensed PTA, LENs Practitioner, and certified personal trainer, it has helped her evolve the way she does training for herself and others. Her methodology includes optimizing the health of your CNS & strength training along with gut health to become the best version of herself. On her free time, she enjoys being a cat mom, playing Zelda, and PIKMIN on repeat, foodie activities, volunteering, and going to the gym with her husband!!! 🙌

Two years of You Vs You!!

It’s hard to put into words what this little studio has come to mean to our family.

What started as an idea between the two of us has grown into a place filled with incredible trainers, amazing clients, friendships, stories, and a community we’re incredibly proud of 💪🏼

And along the way, baby Jon Nix joined the team!

Every person who has walked through our doors, trusted one of our trainers, referred a friend, left us a review, liked a post, or simply told someone about us has played a part in keeping a small, local, family-owned business alive!

We are so grateful for you!

Especially here in Austin... There are much bigger gyms and much bigger businesses out there. So every time someone chooses You Vs You, they’re choosing to support real people, our team, and our family.

Two years down, and there is still so much we want to build.

There are no words powerful enough to describe the overwhelming feeling that wraps around you the moment you hold your child for the very first time. It is immeasurable.

Welcome to the world, baby Jonathan Phoenix Anderson. You are a love I will gladly and gratefully lose sleep for, and a blessing I will cherish for the rest of my being.

To my partner, grandparents, parents, baby brother, in-laws, tias, cousins, and friends — thank you for being part of my village. Your love, support, presence, and kind words have meant more than I could ever express. I am forever grateful. ❤️

As I enter the final stretch into my 3rd trimester, I want to thank my incredible husband for making me feel beautiful in a time where I definitely feel far from that. His patience, taking 100 photos of me until I found the few I thought were acceptable does not go unnoticed. You are seriously the best @anderson_zja.
