We’re so excited to welcome Cristina as one of our instructors. With her deep knowledge of Pilates and yoga, she’s leading Yogalates on Mondays and Mat Pilates on Wednesdays. Mini & Me Pilates is now Thursdays at 6pm And Mat Pilates follows at 7pm.

Spooky Flow is happening October 30th 🎃🖤

We wanted to do something a little different for Halloween, so we’re bringing together a Pilates workout + a full night to hang out, meet new people and have some fun after!

Holly & Alexa will be kicking off the night with a 45-minute Pilates workout, then we’ll have local vendors, tricks or treats, a costume dance battle, games, activities & more 👻

Come solo, bring your friends or bring your boo, everyone is welcome! This is a private, coed event and yes… costumes are required 🕷️
