Little peek into the new Studio. This dedicated FST and Thai Massage room at the front is such a vibe. I’m feeling so refreshed and excited for the next chapter of the studio here and can’t wait to share it with you all. It’s not 100% done yet but in time everything will find its place 🤍 Come check it out… sweat or chill. Workout or massage. Choice is yours ;) (ps. I stole this quote from Chapter 1 of my module 3 Thai Massage educational booklet. @drewhume chose some epic quotes for us to enjoy as we made our way through the chapters of all 3 courses. I love this quote because it is the reason I wanted to add Thai Massage to my arsenal. I feel things with people. I feel the energy a person is giving off and the energy a certain distressed area their body is giving off. When someone comes into my Studio I FEEL what they need. ⁠⠀

Thai Massage is a stepping stone that is going to allow me to head deeper into energy work & the language of touch. Navina's approach to Thai Massage incorporates muscle manipulation techniques (massage) with assisted stretches and meditation in order to achieve a deep state of relaxation. This modality of touch emphasizes that each physical body is different and has different needs. Thus, no two massages are ever the same. You will leave the session feeling less tension in your body, lighter, more flexible, & be more mentally balanced & calm than when you entered.⁠⠀

Now, the only problem is figuring out how to integrate offering it into my week! Typical sessions are 2-3 hrs for full body and I find it hard to get into the rhythm of it if all I have is 1 hr. This celebration definitely deserved a spot on the grid. Babe, @frankie69m, and Moni, what a night to remember. And what a 50 years for you to remember. Big Frank would have been so proud of you both, celebrating such a massive milestone of the dealership on his birthday. I love to quote the legend himself - whenever anyone would tell him how well he did or how much work it must have been he would always say “no one does it alone”. It couldn’t ring more true. So much hard work has gone into building this legacy. Happy 50th anniversary @tvhonda Trent Valley Honda. What an accomplishment. Best party I’ve been to EVER. “Progress not perfection” + a sprinkle of pride after a 16 month chin up hiatus. I’m pretty bad at posting - but a month later I’m still pretty proud of my jungle progress. So the chin ups earned a spot on the grid. These were particularly meaningful because for the past year and a half I haven’t been able to attempt them due to some personal medical reasons related to my neck. When I arrived in Costa Rica in Jan to help assist @drewhume demo the Thai Massage course, I felt like I was in a safe space - and figured Drew could fix me up if something went wrong lol. So on day 2 I decided I’d have a go and see if I was still able to get myself up, without injury. With Drew on standby, I popped up and did 2 before jumping down, elated. These videos are my progress over the following 10 days. Going from 4 to 8. I still think I got the 8 in my pink bikini because less clothes, less weight to pull? lol also I wasn’t planning on doing them, so the element of surprise was there 😂 I love watching my struggle on them beyond 4 in each video, like I’m pulling myself through mud slowly lol. Santorini —> London —> Oxford —> Cheltenham, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 May 24-29, 2022. So after kissing the sunshine goodbye we hopped a flight to England - because how could I be over the pond and not see my cousin @banksypants. So after landing in London we rented a car and booted it to Oxford. Spending one night and a glorious day with Steve ( one of Frankie’s daughter’s best friends who was living there at the time). He took us all through the Oxford Botanical gardens and dare I say it’s what sparked my current indoor plant garden 🥰. Oh and we also had scones and tea and it was the best. Then heading onward to Cheltenham to spend some quality adult one on one time with my cuz, Lauren, before finally wrapping up our 5 weeks and heading home. 🫣 Cool story, when visiting Lauren we got to meet a nice chap named Jon with whom Lauren had gone on one/first date a few days prior - and was smitten with. She proceeded to go on more dates while we were there and Jon was a fixture in our trip, driving Lauren and I all over to sightsee castles and such and double dating dinners with. I am so happy to say that they are still happily together and I believe she will be giving birth to their first son TOMORROW! Hehe yay. taken in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire by @allirosstrainer

Santorini, Greece 🇬🇷 May 19-24, 2022. This is such a mishmash of pics but we made it finally to Santorini and disembarked after 10 days on the water. To say we were all ready for a hotel room and proper bed on solid ground would be an understatement 😂 We had lots of time to explore around the island and chill. Our hotel had an amazing pool that was very underused by guests so Frankie and I were found there two days straight just chillin. Made some good friends @allisongoeke and @lefthook_westbrook who joined us for some fun pool time socials ( and got engaged while we all were on the island… Frankie and I still can’t wait for that wedding!) Santorini marked the end of our journey with our 4 western travel friends - after a 4 week long adventure - but genuine friendships were built and we cannot wait to be reunited. taken in Charisma Suites by @allirosstrainer
