Flashy can be perfect when applied in the right context for the right people.

Otherwise, it will feel shit and not do at all what you want.

Most of the techniques I use on a daily basis don’t look anything like this. Most people can’t receive this. Most the the effective work for most clients looks really quite boring. It doesn’t feel boring, it just looks it from the outside.

Just keep that in mind out in these streets.

Movement.
Music.
Play.

The universal language.

In Costa Rica during my Thai massage training, I met a little Spanish girl who didn’t speak English… and I don’t speak Spanish.

We had no shared words.
No translations.
No explanations.

And yet — we understood each other completely.

She ran up to me with magnetic excitement, showing me the dirt she was playing in like it was treasure. She followed me the rest of the day, tugging at my hand, bringing me flowers — teaching me how she smelled them… and how some she liked to brush across her skin.

No dialogue.
Just presence.

We moved.
We laughed.
We played.

Connection without language.
Joy without narrative.
Oneness without effort.

Later we drew each other pictures. I left her with a little purse and some essential oils, secretly hoping she wouldn’t forget me.

But the truth is…
I will never forget her.

That day reminded me — before words, before stories, before identities — we are rhythm. We are curiosity. We are felt experience.

Movement and music return us to that place.

Where nothing has to be explained.
And everything is understood.
