✨💙 WHEN A CASINO LOBBY BECOMES A WORK OF ART! 💙✨

Welcome to the spectacular Sky Tower Lobby at Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut! 🎰✨

What you’re looking at isn’t just a fountain pool… it’s a breathtaking work of handcrafted mosaic art by Allison Eden Studios! 🎨💎

Thousands upon thousands of individually placed pieces of brilliant blue stained glass, Brazilian agates and shimmering mosaics come together to create an extraordinary sea of color, movement, and light.

💙 Rich cobalt blues
✨ Shimmering turquoise tones
💎 Intricate patterns that dance across the water

Every detail was thoughtfully designed to transform this grand casino entrance into an unforgettable visual experience.

At Allison Eden Studios, we believe that art shouldn’t just hang on walls. It should surround you, inspire you, and make you stop in your tracks!

From our Brooklyn studio to one of America’s most iconic casino resorts, this installation represents what we love most: turning ambitious architectural visions into extraordinary works of art.

And the most beautiful part? This isn’t a printed pattern or mass-produced decoration. It’s the timeless beauty of mosaic craftsmanship. ❤️

Because luxury isn’t just about what you see. It’s about the artistry behind what you see.

🦩 SOME ART IS MEANT TO BLEND IN. MINE WAS BORN TO STAND OUT! 💖🌴✨

6 FEET OF FLAMINGO FABULOUSNESS! 🦩🦩

Who says fine art has to be serious?

Meet my larger-than-life flamingos — a tropical explosion of PINK, color, happiness, and a little bit of attitude! 💕🌺

Every shimmering piece of stained glass was carefully selected, hand-cut, and placed to bring these fabulous birds to life at Allison Eden Studios in Brooklyn, New York.

Thousands of pieces of glass. Countless hours of craftsmanship. One very BIG personality.

I’ve always believed that ART SHOULD MAKE YOU FEEL SOMETHING. It should make you smile, stop in your tracks, and maybe even see the world a little differently.

And in a world that can sometimes feel so heavy, I think we could all use a little more color, joy, and FLAMINGOS! 🦩💗

This is more than a mosaic. It’s a celebration of individuality, imagination, and the beauty of making something extraordinary with your own two hands.

Life is too short for boring walls! 💖 This is heading to @gcflooring_naples taken in New York, New York by @allisonedenstudios

15 WOMEN. 15 STORIES. ONE MURAL. ❤️

Inspired by Ormond Gigli’s iconic Girls in the Windows, I wanted to reinterpret that incredible image through my own medium — stained glass mosaic — and through the world we live in today.

When I began creating this 12’ x 10’ mural, it became about so much more than beautiful women standing in windows.

I created 15 different women — diverse in their cultures, backgrounds, skin tones, personalities and style — all standing together as part of one artwork.

Individually, every woman has her own identity.
Together, they become something even more powerful.

Community.

At a time when the world can feel so divided, I keep thinking about what art has always had the power to do: bring people together.

It doesn’t matter where you were born.
What you look like.
What you believe.
What language you speak.

We share this world together.

And when you step back from this mural, you don’t see 15 separate pieces. You see one magnificent work of art.

Maybe that is the message.

We are different — and we are still one.

For the sake of our children and the world they will inherit, I hope we can choose a little more understanding, a little more kindness, a little more compassion — and a lot more love.

If this mural can make even one person stop, look, and remember that there is far more connecting us than separating us, then creating it was worth every single piece of glass.

More love. Less hate. More together. ❤️

Please share this if you believe art can bring people together.

15 women. 15 windows. One monumental mosaic. ✨
Just finished—and almost ready to ship! Our latest 12’ × 10’ mural is my glass mosaic tribute to Ormond Gigli’s iconic Girls in the Windows, reimagined through the artistry of Allison Eden Studios.
Fashion, attitude, architectural arches, and a little mystery… brought to life in hand-cut glass, piece by piece, in our Brooklyn studio. From the curve of a hat to the shimmer of a dress, every detail is part of the story.
Seeing this enormous work come together has been such a joy. Sending it off feels like saying goodbye to 15 fabulous studio companions! 💕🚚
Which woman’s style speaks to you? Tell me her row and window below! 👇

Caution- Artist At Work !!!
This week we put thie finishing touches on a couple of extraordinary glass mosaic artworks. We lay out each project to check measurement accuracy and design prior to shipping. Pictured here is a beautiful floral and vines kitchen backsplash work in progress that will be installed over cooktop so the centerpiece of the room. Notice the numbers on our mosaic tiles- this makes for a simple seamless interlocking installation anywhere in the world. Our expert mosaic artists includes a tile map so each numbered piece goes into place like a jigsaw puzzle but you know exactly where every piece is located- easy peasy !!! There is zero repeat in the pattern for a real hand crafted look- designers and their clients love this - now available through the finest tile shops in the nation :-)

Why do we lay out every glass mosaic tile project prior to shipping ? We spend weeks or months carefully crafting our creations and always do one final check for dimensions, accuracy, and layout prior to shipping to construction site to make sure the project matches specifications so our client will be happy :-)

Why do i do it in a leopard jumpsuit ? Because it’s my newest thrift shop find and we are running short of beautiful days where we can still work outside and have some fun !!!

Wishing all my Instagram friends a beautiful weekend :-)

The biggest jackpot? Seeing our art become an entire lobby of a Casino. 🎰✨

Every column you see is wrapped in our handcrafted glass mosaics—made by hand in NYC at Allison Eden Studios. 🗽

Deep blues, luminous whites and golden accents swirl around the columns, turning structural supports into monumental works of art. Look closely: those sweeping patterns are built from individual pieces of glass, carefully placed and elements that tell a story.
After more than 35 years of creating mosaics, seeing our Brooklyn craftsmanship transform a space on this scale still gives me goosebumps. ❤️
Art doesn’t have to hang on a wall. Sometimes, it holds the room.

Which would you love to see next—the sparkling details or how we make it? 👇
