🌻 A selection of sunflower paintings I’ve created over the years. ☀️

I’ve long been fascinated by sunflowers—their anthropomorphic presence, their unwavering movement toward the sun, and their intricate seed heads that evoke everything from sundials and clocks to delicate mandalas. They have remained one of my most enduring muses, inspiring me through many different seasons of my own artistic journey.

Me, fifteen years ago, feeling very proud with Henrietta - named after my Spanish grandmother, who had a tall palm tree in her front yard 🌴

I took this photo just before Henrietta left my studio for her new home, where she became part of a truly fabulous art collection.
