Early on in my @allshewrotenotes era, I prioritized getting in the room to learn LIVE alongside other women with similar dreams and goals at conferences and events. 💖✏️

At my first MTH conference, I sat right in front of @kristywharvey, who would become one of my favorite people, and the prayers I prayed that week shaped the whole next decade. 🎉🌈

After 13 years in the small biz world, it had become pretty rare for me to walk into a room as a beginner. Most of the time I was even on the stage or speaking/teaching people who were just getting started. 🎉🎤

Today was SO different for me — in the very best way.

I’m over a year into this new career as a Realtor and even with 20+ houses sold, I’m still a new agent. 🔑 I still have SO much to learn and I’m soaking it up like a sponge. I’m so grateful for rooms like this because I know firsthand just how powerful it can be to sit at the table, listen, learn, pray and dream bigger. 💖 I didn’t think I’d know anyone here, but in a full circle God wink moment, I met a Betty Confetti mama on the escalator and thought, “God’s got me exactly where I’m supposed to be.” 🙏🏼

A thousand thank yous to my friend @shestakingkarabusiness, who gifted me my very first MOMward ticket and gave me the opportunity to be the beginner in the room again and to @realestatemomcoach for this incredible community you’ve created. There’s so much PINK I feel right at home! 💕💖🔑 by @allshewrotenotes

Who wore it best? 😂📱 Dad got a work call on our breakfast date today and I was like step into my office! LOVE seeing this hard working guy get to enjoy the fruits of his labor six years later! 🔨 💪 We are already planning our next coworking day! taken in All She Wrote Notes by @allshewrotenotes

My NEW LISTING is the kind of home that just makes you HAPPY 🤩🌈🏡

Welcome Home to 854 Pryor Street — 1,858 square feet of sunshine with a neutral foundation and pops of personality that’s anything but cookie cutter.

✨ 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms
✨ MAIN-LEVEL PRIMARY SUITE
✨ Open kitchen + living space
✨ Granite countertops + huge center island
✨ Second living area upstairs
✨ Large walk-in attic
✨ 2-car garage
✨ Community pool

The current owner has filled this home with color, pattern and plenty of personality — pretty much dopamine decor brought to life — but the neutral floors, cabinetry, countertops and main living spaces make it easy for the next owner to make it completely their own.

Add some happy to your house hunt today!

The making of KEYFETTI part 2! 🤩🎉🔑🗝️ As a way to blend both my worlds of confetti and closings, I collected spare keys from friends and neighbors and clients around my community this weekend. 🙏🏼 I painted them all of my favorite colors and brought my dream to life in my office! I heard a few more may be coming my way, so I left plenty of space to add more! 🤩🗝️🔑 taken in All She Wrote Notes by @allshewrotenotes
