ā€œNot every connection is a partnershipā€

And most business owners have never stopped to ask which ones in their network actually are.

That’s the conversation we had inside The Power of The Relationship Room — Chicago Edition.

Not just who you know, but who you’re actually building with.

The next city is coming. Tulsa, are you ready?

Get inside before tickets drop.

The room said it best Connection vs. Partnership.
And Chicago? You lived both in one night. šŸ”—
25 seats. Sold out. Every single one filled with someone ready to build.
The energy was intimate, loud from real conversations, and people stayed because that’s what happens when the room feels genuine and safe. Btw: that’s what one of the attendees said to me 😭
This is The Power of The Relationship Room.

If you were there describe the room in ONE word.

entrepreneurs, let’s see who can find their business twin šŸ‘€

What month and year did you officially start your business?

Drop it in the comments using this format: 06.26

That’s ours. All Things LOOP officially started in June 2026.

Now look through the comments and see if somebody started their business the same month and year as you.

If you find your twin, don’t just like their comment. Say hello. Make the connection.

You never know what one conversation could lead to.

People. Ideas. Opportunities. All in the LOOP.

Someone once asked in an interview how I got to where I am today.

My answer was simple:

God and relationships.

When I look back, some of my biggest opportunities came through a conversation, an introduction, a referral, or a room I almost didn’t walk into.

If you attended The Power of the Relationship Room in Chicago or even saw the recap, you know I’m very intentional about creating spaces where people don’t just show up.

They connect.

They learn.

They build relationships.

They discover opportunities.

And if we’re honest, many entrepreneurs aren’t just looking for more followers or more information.

They’re looking for visibility.

They’re looking for community.

They’re looking for collaboration.

They’re looking for rooms where meaningful conversations can lead to real opportunities.

That’s why I’m bringing The Power of the Relationship Roomā„¢: Virtual Edition online.

I’ve been very intentional about creating an experience where entrepreneurs don’t just show up, they leave with new connections, fresh perspective, and conversations that continue long after the room ends.

Because while visibility matters, so do the relationships behind it.

I’m not responsible for creating opportunities for people.

I’m responsible for creating environments where opportunities are more likely to happen.

Sis, are you networking for the moment… or building relationships that actually last? šŸ‘€

This week on About HER Business, we’re joined by the Connector in Chief, @kenyarransom founder of @allthingsloop ļæ¼, for a conversation every entrepreneur, creator, consultant, and community builder needs to hear.

We’re talking about the power of creating intentional spaces, how meaningful follow-ups turn contacts into connections, and what it really takes to build community in a new city when you know absolutely nobody.

If you’ve been wondering how to grow your network without being transactional, this episode is for you.

She was always in there. Fear just had her convinced she needed strangers’ permission to shine.
Here’s what I know: the relationships that made you are still with you. The people who’ve watched you grow. The ones already rooting for you. That’s your room. That’s your bag.
You were never not that girl. You just forgot who was already in your corner.
šŸ¤ If this hit — tell me in the comments: who’s the one person you need to reconnect with this week?

Sometimes a pivot in business feels off. sometimes even strange around those parts. Ask me how I know? šŸ™„šŸ˜‚

Like something shifted and you can’t name it yet.
Then you accept it. if you gotta pivot, pivot well.

(Thanks Tiffany for that one. šŸ’œ)
14 years in business and I’ve pivoted more times than I can count. It’s just part of the journey.

But here’s what I know for sure: every time I’ve pivoted, I’ve never done it alone.

Because of relationships. And that’s revenue within itself.

My latest pivot? I charged for my event for the first time. 😳 Terrifying.

But relationships pushed me to face it head on and I’m so glad I did. 😭

Pivots aren’t always bad. Uncomfortable? Yes. But not bad.

This is the work we’re doing inside The Connector’s Hub, mindset, relationships, pivots, and so much more.

If you want a community that keeps your relationships intact in business AND in life (because you’re gonna need them) come join us.
Founding 50 rate is still locked in šŸ’œ

Successful business owners don’t talk about this part. šŸ–¤
I just produced The Power of The Relationship Room — Chicago Edition. 25 seats. Sold out. A room full of business owners who came ready to build and left with more than they came with.
And then I went home.
Watched TV. Did laundry. Walked outside. Had a follow up meeting.
Because the reset is just as important as the work.
You can’t keep building rooms if you don’t know how to restore yourself first.
Tulsa — you’re next. šŸ”— in bio to becoming one of the Founding 50
