Such a pleasure getting to see Agnes Obel last night...I first saw her at the deaf institute some 15 years ago with my bessie mate liam , we was right at the front as she played an intimate gig with just a keyboard and cello player...this time we were up in the nose bleeds in a packed aviva studios with added percussion and synths and an incredible lighting show behind her
Every time I have seen her she is so effortlessly perfect as if you were listening to her record
Lovely walk through the mix of Manchester new high skyline and old low canals

What a lovely night away in cumbia...stayed at the gorgeous old school grand cumbria hotel and had a walk along morcome bay through grange-over-sands in the glorious sun then had some TLC on my dreadlocks the next day by the amazing elena @crafterelena before heading home to Manchester :) taken in Cumbria Grand Hotel by @alltimeoddity

As a massive bladerunner fan I have always been in love with the aesthetic of the film and the locations...big part of that is the Ennis tiles that feature in deckards apartment, so as I am decorating my bedroom I sat about seeing if I could make my own to replicate the look and create a feature wall
So I found someone on ebay who 3D prints immaculate 30cm ×30cm models of them ...then set about making a silicone mould out of that so I could create my own duplicates using plaster of paris ...1st one came out perfect .. then experimented with adding fine sand and paint to get the colour and texture right ...and really happy with the result!...next just need to make more and form it into a little section of them can mount on the wall to satisfy my inner geek and create a cool focal point to my nerdy cyberpunk bedroom ;)
Ps anyone want there own will definitely be taking order once I have finished :)

I have not posted a lot about my new house as been very busy, proud to have my own place but its been a lot of hard work...took me 2 months of ripping out kitchen/pulling up floors/full rewire top to bottom/walls replastered/new kitchen put in/new floors back down before moved in....now working my way around rooms to get them comfy one at a time
...finally finished my front room, a homely, boujee cool place to relax and play nerdy games and watch anime :) by @alltimeoddity
