Forget a 7 minute penalty, counting to 2.75 is hard 🫠

Hyrox NYC Recap:
It was HOT, so hot they were sending warning emails that the air quality was “code red,” people were overheating left and right, they warned us all to slow down.

45 minutes BEFORE start time: Heather tripped on one of the spectator ledges, and we ended up in the medical tent brainstorming a potential new plan - not racing wasn’t an option.

So many factors working against us, and living in different cities, we never got to practice together before the race, but we did the dang thing and we’re already strategizing our next race (starting with learning how to count 🫠)!

Huge shoutout to the best partner, @hlfrost_ she truly is a warrior and I couldn’t be a more proud friend and coach! 💖

Shoutout to my @isi.concord family for the encouragement and support! You guys were my WHY. 💪🏼

Shoutout to @isielitetraining_ for helping me build my endurance and making me feel strong during the race, and @tara.kimbell for the crash coaching and encouragement!

@twincam_cam & @morningmiles_official , thank you for teaching me how to run 🏃‍♀️ 🤪

Shoutout to @thatguynamedabe for the last minute pep talk and high fives during the race! 🙌🏼

And to the best cheerleader who supported me the last 12 weeks and joined me on my runs @jimminyclickets 🤍

Key takeaways coming soon…

To the version of her three years ago that felt stuck and was crying everyday: take the leap, follow your dream, do what you love, and keep going. Yes you can. 🤍

If only she knew how far she’d come in just three years, and it’s only the beginning 💪🏼

There are 8 weeks left in 2026. EIGHT. 👀

You have a choice how you’re going to spend those 8 weeks. Before you tell yourself you’ll just wait until January…think about what 8 weeks of actually showing up could look like.

You could:
+ Build a consistent workout routine
+ Get stronger and start feeling more confident.
+ Learn how to eat in a way that supports your goals without giving up everything you enjoy.
+ Stop falling into an all-or-nothing cycle.
+ Prove to yourself that you can follow through.

And here’s the thing: You don’t need to do everything perfectly.

Start with 3 workouts a week. Get your daily steps in. Prioritize protein. Drink your water. Build a routine that works with YOUR life. Small things, done consistently, add up.

Don’t spend the next 8 weeks waiting for the “perfect time” to get started because January isn’t going to magically make you more motivated, more disciplined, or less busy.

You can either finish this year PROUD of the effort you put in or spend another 8 weeks wishing you had started sooner. Your choice.

If you’re ready to stop putting yourself on the back burner and finally have a plan that works for your life, let’s talk.

DM me START and let’s make these last 8 weeks count 🤍

You’re not waiting for January. You’re waiting for permission. 👀

Permission to start.
Permission to get serious.
Permission to believe you can actually stick with it this time.

But here’s the truth:
You have 90 days. USE THEM.
You can spend the next 3 months telling yourself you’ll start in January…
OR you can spend the next 3 months getting stronger, building consistency, feeling better in your body, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of following through.

January isn’t a fresh start if you spend October, November, and December doing nothing.
Start now. Finish strong.

My 90-Day Finish Strong Plan is designed to help you build the habits, strength, and consistency you’ve been saying you want — without waiting for another Monday, another month, or another New Year.

🔥 90 days.
🔥 One commitment.
🔥 No starting over.

If you’re ready to stop saying “I’ll start in January” and actually finish this year proud of yourself, DM me or use the link in my bio to sign up and start your first 7 Days Free. New clients can also use code FINISHSTRONG to get 50% off your next 3 months!

Your future self doesn’t need another promise. She needs you to start. 🤍

I find myself getting so caught up in the go go go, that I forget how far I’ve come in less than 3 years. Am I working less than I was three years ago? Absolutely not. I’m probably working more now than ever, but I’m so grateful for the life I’m building 🤍 by @allyallyallyyy
