PACE + FOOTWORK = DEFENSIVE MANIPULATION 🧪🧱

Your pace and footwork allow you to manipulate the defense instead of letting the defense dictate your game. Change speeds, create angles, get defenders off balance, and attack the space they give you.

Don’t just move fast—learn how to control the defense. 🧱

Pouring Life & Love & JOY into them is all I’m worried about … my favorite compliments are compliments surrounding who my babies are & their character …
My greatest Treasure on this earth is being their mama …

Just a young hooper realizing her dreams are truly OBTAINABLE & right at the tip of her fingers!

What an incredible experience it was for Jo & I to get to watch the Bellarmine WBB workout this morning!
5am wake up call! Your dreams won’t work, if you don’t work first!

Huge shout out to Coach @moreid_thatsme & her amazing @bellarminewbb staff for making this possible! What a great way to start the day! Go Knights ⚔️ by @allykat035
