POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In January this year I asked my coach Antonio if he thought it was realistic to make my childhood dream of doing a bodybuilding competition become a reality.

Yesterday it did… I had my family in tears in the audience while I was living my best life on stage.

@antonioneto09 thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the most amazing architect on this incredible journey.

I have learnt so much from you. Your work ethic, enthusiasm & , knowledge is tenfold and I am so grateful to have had this experience with you as my coach and to get me on stage for my first bodybuilding competition. Soo much time effort & science goes on behind the scenes and you were always there for me.

The stats were spot on weighing in at 71.5kg on 06Jan to 57.9kg on show day with 6.3% body fat think we did an awesome job cutting. Neither of us missed a session from sickness or injury. It really has been an incredible ride with memories forever. taken in UNSW by @allykmta

Set on the banks of the Waikato River, Huka Lodge has long been one of New Zealand’s most iconic luxury escapes—and following its recent multi-million dollar refurbishment, it feels more exceptional than ever. The redesign has elevated every detail while preserving its signature charm: think refined interiors, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and an atmosphere that is quietly indulgent rather than overstated. Days unfold effortlessly between riverside walks, world-class dining, and deeply restorative wellness experiences, all delivered with that unmistakable Huka sense of ease and discretion. It’s not just a stay—it’s a place you feel, and one your will talk about long after you leave.
