Turning 30, I look back on the past year and all of the things that have happened. I lost my grandmother, I lost friends and family members. I went through a lull between gigs. I went through a terrible relationship. But I also gained some amazing new and old friendships and people in my life. I got on the best design team and project that I’ve worked on so far in my career and things keep looking up. I’ve been at my lowest and at my highest and I’m going to make sure this year is perfect. Thank you to everyone on this carousel for helping me get through the worst 4 months of my life, so grateful to have you all in my life. Happy 27th birthday to me. Another year passed, another birthday reminiscing this past year. I worked jobs that I wouldn’t have dreamed of working, met some amazing people that have been there for me through so much shit, I’ve transitioned to a different chapter of my career, I’ve survived and loved NYC for 3 years, I’ve had the chance to travel and see friends that I haven’t seen in years... I’ve also gone through a breakup that showed me how terrible people can be, I’ve lost jobs that I never thought I would lose, I’ve lost friends that I never thought I could love without, I lost my savta, my grandmother💔. This year has been...really bad, but I think the good additions that it gave me throughout the bad-it’s setting me up for a better one. So, so much love and gratitude to all of you that have kept me sane, helped me grow, or are just there for me in life in general. Things are about to get really good.
