POSTS STORIES REELS

Every so often, you get to be part of something that restores your faith in people. 💜
@bbcdiysos build was that, and more.

The build really does happen in a week — and watching it unfold for this incredible family was something I’ll never forget.

Earlier this year, I was lucky enough to photograph behind the scenes on @bbcdiysos, as the team, volunteers and trades came together in Bracknell to rebuild a home for @rafisrecovery and his family.

Rafi has the most wicked sense of humour — quick, cheeky, and sharp as anything. He’s unbelievably intelligent and full of life. Seeing how much he’s grown and developed since moving back into his rebuilt home is just incredible.

The atmosphere on site was electric. Hundreds of people came together, giving their time and skills to make something truly life-changing happen.
The best of humanity, right there in front of you.

Such a buzz. Such kindness. Friends for life.
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 💜 by @alm.creative

Compton Bay has been on my photography bucket list for a long time.

The Isle of Wight is one of my favourite places, so getting to photograph Laura & Sam’s pre-wedding shoot here felt pretty special.

The forecast looked great.

The drive over was calm.

Then we got out of the car at the cliffs... and the wind decided to make an entrance. 🌬️😂

Poor Laura & Sam barely had a chance to take it all in before we were all laughing at hair flying everywhere and trying not to get blown into the sea.

Once we realised the wind wasn’t going anywhere, there wasn’t much we could do except laugh and get on with it.

Looking back through these photos now, I wouldn’t change a thing. They capture exactly what the evening felt like.

Laura & Sam, thank you for trusting me, embracing the unexpected and throwing yourselves into it.

Roll on the wedding next year. 🤍🌊 by @alm.creative

Connie & Matt | Winkworth Farm | 17.04.26 🤍

Cold weather, warm people, and a dance floor that absolutely made up for the temperature 🫶

Their day at Winkworth Farm was full of so much love from start to finish — emotional moments all morning, the loveliest group of bridesmaids + groomsmen keeping the energy high while getting ready, Howard stealing hearts as ring bearer, and a very committed dance floor by the end of the night.

Also still not over the fact Connie baked the wedding cupcakes + treats herself because apparently being a stunning bride wasn’t enough???

Such a joyful day to photograph 🤍

She said yes!! 💍

After a week of gloomy forecasts and constant rain, Windsor somehow pulled out brilliant sunshine and warmth at exactly the right moment ☀️

George pulled off the sweetest surprise proposal, followed by a full family celebration with everyone waiting nearby (including Beanz the dog!) 🥹

Still not over the reactions, the excitement, the happy tears, and how much love was packed into one afternoon ✨

Huge congratulations to Holly & George on their beautiful engagement 💍🤍 by @alm.creative

✨ ALM Creative — 2025 Wrapped ✨

2025 looked like a lot of different things through my lens 🤍
Weddings, families and newborns, dance floors and stage lights, charity and community projects — plus all the quiet in-between moments that made it what it was.

This year took me into theatres, building sites, living rooms and some pretty special venues, working alongside and supporting a whole range of brilliant people and organisations — including @bbcdiysos for @rafisrecovery, @kevincruisefoundation and @kevincruiseshow, @henleyyouthfestival, @whittytheatre with @tda_updates, @windsoretonbrewery, and @the_olde_bell for the Hurley Gala.

Thanks for trusting me with your stories this year 🤍

Some lovely photos from a Gala gig in Hurley the other day by @alm.creative. Great fun to get to play with such fantastic musicians. by @alm.creative

Baby Freddie, 13 days old and the most chill newborn ever — literally stared down my camera like a pro model! 📸

Meanwhile big sis Ariella decided the real show was her ✨nail salon✨ skills — casually giving herself a manicure mid-shoot. Icon. 💅

These are the moments I love capturing — real little personalities shining through from the very start. 💜 by @alm.creative

Happy International Dog Day to all the goodest boys + girls 🐶✨

✨ Real life, real love: Baby Sage at home ✨
〰️
I spent a lovely afternoon with little Sage, her brilliant parents Megan and Brandon – and their four-legged scene stealer, Milo, who was absolutely convinced he should be front and centre.

This shoot was all about keeping things natural. No rigid posing, no pressure – just a relaxed afternoon at home capturing the everyday magic of new parenthood. Megan and Brandon were so hands-on and in tune with Sage, and Milo made sure he was never far from the action (or the camera lens).

Candid sessions like this give space for real connection – those quiet moments, the in-between smiles, and the gentle chaos that comes with life as a new family.

If you’re looking for honest, natural family photos that reflect your real life, I’d love to help you tell your story. Drop me a message to book your own session!

And I’d love to know – when it comes to family photography, are you more into candid moments or posed portraits? Tell me in the comments!

❄️ Frosty adventures at Burnham Beeches ❄️
〰️
Right at the start of the year, I joined these three little adventurers for a family shoot in the crisp, frosty beauty of Burnham Beeches. With temperatures at -4°C and the ground coated in frost, it couldn’t have been more different from what 1 year old Lana is used to living in sunny Australia!

This was Lana’s first time walking in welly boots, and it was such a joy to watch her figuring it out – those wobbly steps and wide eyed looks at the wintery world around her were priceless. She was joined by her cousins, Ruari and Clodagh, who were full of energy and keeping her on her toes.

The frosty woodland made for the perfect backdrop, and despite the chill, these three brought all the warmth with their giggles, mischief, and family bond. There’s something so lovely about capturing moments like these – simple, real, and full of connection.
