🚨 HONEY, THE PLOT TWIST WAS NEVER JUST ABOUT LEAVING. IT WAS ABOUT GETTING FREE. ✈️🌍🔥

We’re less than 2.5 months away from 2027, and I have ONE question:

Are you about to spend another year surviving a life you’ve already outgrown? 👀

Y’all watched me leave. But what you didn’t see was everything it took to CHOOSE ME.

I’m one of the 700,000+ Black women pushed out of the U.S. workforce.

And while everyone was telling us to be resilient, I was asking:

What if I don’t want to keep surviving what keeps harming me? 💭

Honey, I didn’t need another motivational speech about bouncing back. I NEEDED OPTIONS.

Through community, care, and courage, I found refuge, reclaimed my freedom, and started creating a life that didn’t require me to abandon myself to survive. ❤️

THAT was my Plot Twist. 🔥

And yours doesn’t have to mean moving across the world.

🏜️ Maybe it’s four days in Utah.
🌴 Maybe it’s eight days in Bali.
💕 Maybe it’s finally hearing YOURSELF again.

That’s why I created The Plot Twist Catalog™, in partnership with Daniels Leisure Travel.

✨ The Other Life Awaits ™
✨Domestic Reset™
✨ International Escape™

🇺🇸 And with U.S. midterm elections NEXT MONTH, I have another question:

Are you prepared for what comes next? Politically, financially, professionally, and emotionally?

STOP WAITING FOR YOUR LIFE TO FALL APART BEFORE GIVING YOURSELF PERMISSION TO LIVE DIFFERENTLY.

2027 is coming. What are YOU no longer willing to carry into another year? 👇🏾

I know y’all missed me! 😂❤️ But baby, I’ve been transitioning from one country to the next! ✈️🌍

But FIRST, I owe Poland, my bestie, and my Polish family (my rodzina), a BIG thank you! 🇵🇱❤️

As one of the 700,000+ Black women pushed out of the U.S. workforce, I found myself seeking refuge outside a place I had called home my entire life. And somehow, 18 years later, Poland welcomed me back. 🥹

Now, being a Black woman in Poland? Baby, I wasn’t seeing many folks who looked like me! 😂 But what I DID recognize was the power of shared histories of oppression, resistance, survival, and reimagining what freedom and belonging can look like.

Black American and Polish cultures have more connections than you might think. The FOOD! The hospitality! The collective care! The way family makes room for you at the table, literally and figuratively. 🥘❤️

Sometimes home isn’t where you’re from. It’s where you’re reminded that you belong.

So, Black girl, what you doing in Poland?

BLACK GIRL, WHY NOT POLAND?! 🇵🇱✊🏾

To my Polish rodzina, dziękuję bardzo! Thank you for giving me space to simply BE. ❤️

Now, onto the next plot twist! 👀🌏✈️

🍂 Life changed the plan. Now what?

Whew. I know that question personally.

Sometimes the career changes. The relationship changes. The plan falls apart. Or maybe nothing “went wrong” at all, you just realized:

I don’t want to keep choosing this version of my life.

That’s where the Plot Twist begins. 👀

Not running away.
Not blowing up your life.
Exploring what else is possible.

NOTICE. QUESTION. EXPLORE. CHOOSE. ✨

And sometimes a different environment gives you enough room to hear yourself differently. 🌍

Same you. Bigger possibilities.™

🎸🇵🇱 Tata Plays the Blues, Poland Edition.

This is my best friend’s Tata (Dad), my pseudo Dad, my Tata. 🖤

There’s something powerful about sitting in Poland, 18 years after my first time here, listening to Tata play the blues, music deeply rooted in the Black American lived experiences, history, resistance, grief, joy, and storytelling.

And it reminds me why intersectionality matters to me. Thank you, Kimberlé Crenshaw, for giving us the language. 🖤

Our histories are not the same, but there are commonalities. Moments when I hear Poland’s stories of oppression, organizing, and resistance and think, Oh, I know something about that. And moments when I share Black American history and there’s recognition here, too.

I’ve learned so much more about Poland this time around, including how ordinary people challenged systems that tried to control their lives. Tata is part of that history too. 🇵🇱

Different histories. Different contexts. Still, places where our stories recognize one another.

Sometimes intersectionality sounds like my Polish Tata sitting at home, playing the blues. 🎸🖤🌍

🚨 LESS THAN 100 DAYS LEFT IN 2026.

Baby, how are you living out the dash of your life?! 👀

Whew! I’ve been displaced from the job market too. I had to find another way.

Because at some point I had to ask myself:

There HAS to be something else. This cannot be it.

The job market. The economy. The constant starting over. Trying to build a life where your work AND your quality of life actually make sense.

So I started looking beyond what I already knew.

And sometimes, before you make a big move, you just need to go see what else is possible. 🌍✈️

That’s what this offering is about.

In 2027, grab your bestie, homie, lover, friend, WHOEVER, and Meet Me There.

🌴 3 to 5-star resort accommodations for TWO
🔥 Buy before October 5: 10% OFF + private Zoom with me
✈️ Sponsored by Daniels Leisure Travel

You don’t have to know if you want to move abroad.

You might just need to know there’s more out here.
