Our Summer Solstice feast was a dreamy afternoon filled with plates of delicious food from the fire & wines from @brianswines !

This year we had the pleasure of having @fionafrancesbrady exhibit her latest work which was very in tune with the occasion indeed 🌞

Thank you all who travelled from near & far to spend the longest day of the year with us @ballinlough_castle we had a blast 🎈

A Place to Gather

@guzzlemag & @almostanywhere_ transformed @settle____ by TRESTLE at #AATE26 into a shared dining experience: a space to cook, eat, talk, and gather. A beautiful celebration of place, hospitality, and community-making through the simple ritual of sharing a meal.

It was a pleasure to step inside the atmosphere of the evening!

How can a restaurant exist without a permanent home?

For Architecture At The Edge this September, Guzzle is collaborating with Almost Anywhere on a site-specific dinner exploring how the acts of cooking, eating, and gathering give meaning to the spaces we inhabit.

The dinner will be housed in settle, TRESTLE’s temporary public interior designed as a temporary place for gathering, inspired by the versatility and simplicity of Irish vernacular furniture.

📍The Printworks, Galway
6.30-9.30pm on Saturday 26 September 2026
From €65 per person

Our Summer lunch at Howth Castle was dreamy, much love to everyone who spent the afternoon with us in the August sunshine 🌞

The walled garden made the for a perfectly intimate sun trap for our lunch. Stunning Summer produce from @casorgfarm cooked over the grill. A bouillabaisse paired perfectly with @brianswines selection for the afternoon too!

Thank you @howthcastle for hosting us and thank you @thecookandcollector for helping bring this to life :)

Our next outing will be at Ballymaloe Grainstore on 11th of September, we’d love to see you there! @ballymaloe_grainstore
