I had a hard but important conversation with my son two days ago.

It was 15 minutes before leaving to take him to school when I said “Son, I need to talk to you about something.”

I proceeded to dive head first into the “Manosphere” and how leaders like Andrew Tate & Nick Fuentes are making millions of dollars off convincing young men like my son to h*te & blame women.

He sat silently taking in every word I said, as he does when he knows I am saying things I believe are important for shaping his journey as a young man.

I told him at first they seem appealing because they may talk about weight lifting and making money but once they lure you in, they convince you are a victim and that women are at fault.

We explored how they capitalize on young men’s susceptibility & maliability and that they focus on two key emotions: anger & resentment.

This is what are known as Red Pill men and their content on YouTube, TikTok and other platforms is meticulously designed to subconsciously use key psychological tools to manipulate impressionable men to pay them lots of money to “become real men” when in truth they are preying on them & turning them into the opposite of what the world needs.

I told my son to be on guard for this type of content and that he is currently surrounded by men in my world who live by a different code.

I am on the other side of putting myself through a life-changing forge and I can say one thing:

This shit ain’t for the faint of heart but the rewards are greater than I ever could have imagined.

I am proud of the man I see when I look in the mirror because he has done the work.

He has confronted himself, walked through his own fire, and has emerged embodying ancient coding of a certain breed of menfolk

Menfolk who embrace the true protector codex & are willing to stand up to the prevailing outdated cult of menfolk who have been unconsciously indoctrinated into the norms of toxic patr*archy.

Through this process, I did what most men won’t do and raised my hand, the signal to the Universe one is ready.

I surrounded myself with other men who have also done the work, as iron sharpens iron.

I simultaneously released menfolk out of my orbit who don’t want to live by this code.

Back in 2019, I went through a wild 36 hours where God/Source poured an entire men’s project into me, complete with the project’s exact name, a manifesto, all the offerings, etc…

…but deep down I knew I wasn’t yet the man to lead such a movement.

What I didn’t realize was that it would take me another 7 years to forge myself into that man.

Well, he has arrived.

And he knows it because of the quiet potent power which doesn’t need to be loud that has taken root inside him.

God whispered to me not long ago, “Sacred Masculine Power. You are to become that.”

And so I put myself into a forge to burn away all that wasn’t that.

And I did it in public, to signal to all men that powerful men are raising their hands to do this work.

Watched my son dig deep & not give up today! When we were driving home and he was watching the video on my phone, he said “Dad, you didn’t record my good sportsmanship towards my opponent when I won.” I love that! by @alokappadurai

Leaders don’t hire me because I have everything figured out.

Instead, they thank me for how f*cking real & transparent I am in every session.

I don’t sugarcoat a thing.

I don’t pretend I am further along on the path of mastery in a particularly area than I actually am.

And for them, that is refreshing in a world of inauthencity, masks, personas, rentable mansions, and facades.

I am full throttle standing in my authority & vulnerability.

Highly trained & always learning.

An expert & a work in progress.

I lead & teach from my truth not perfection.

A couple weeks ago, someone had flown in to Tucson to be in my office for a day and I shared with her deep parts of my own inner transformation process that was ongoing. I showed her large charts & self-diagrams I have on the walls of my office when no one else is around. Why? Because I wanted to plant evidence in her mind and give her my real time examples to accelerate her own inner process for herself.

We are all just walking each other home.

I know zero humans personally who aren’t a work in progress in some part of their human experience.

Zero.

Not one.

Yet so many pretend like they got it all figured out but usually within an hour of being with them, I will begin to see the cracks, fissures and chasms they are trying so hard to hide.

I just choose not to hide them so that anyone who works with me knows they don’t have to hide or pretend either.

People ask me how I can be so raw and vulnerable as I am walking through the fire and the answer is simple:

It’s freedom.

I am not ashamed of who I am and therefore I am not embarrassed about what I am still learning.

I don’t need to puff out my chest and polish the exterior to impress you or anyone.

Your Unique Greatness Code (UGC) & The Power Of A Forecaster

I was at lunch with a friend and former client who works with pro-athletes when he said “Alok, I am obsessed with greatness and the science behind it. I only want to work with athletes who share that obsession.”

And it got me thinking.

It’s what I do too but with leaders, CEO’s & entrepreneurs, but I had never quite said it like that.

I didn’t want to “copy” him and be a Greatness Coach but it kept gnawing at me.

You see, time and time again, I see people’s futures before they see it for themselves. (Like with the men’s coach who wrote me yesterday to explore hiring who I have already had visions for)

Heck, that’s why this friend of mine comes to me because literally every single Forecast I have installed into him since we have been working together over 5 years has come true.

So when he sees me go into “Forecaster Mode”, he just straps in and does nothing to interrupt the flow. He just soaks in what is coming out of my mouth and then takes a couple days to let it integrate. From there, he doesn’t waste time wondering if it’s possible, he just goes out and acts upon the Forecast.

This isn’t some crystal ball exercise.

I don’t quite know how to describe it but basically, as I am listening to him, in certain moments, my mind will all of a sudden see a crystal clear vision of his future. A Forecast.

It’s like watching a documentary at the theater where I am seeing what already happened.

I used to think that was weird so I wouldn’t really out myself but now the gloves are off.

Some people say “Oh you see that in everyone. You are just saying this…” as if it’s some hot air I just blow up anyone’s derrier.

But that’s not how it works.

Yes, I believe everyone has a UGC: Unique Greatness Code that they got preprogrammed with but that doesn’t mean I always “see” it. [continued 👇] taken in Tucson, Arizona by @alokappadurai

Proud of what my son did after winning his wrestling match today.

These two young men battled valiantly and throughout the match showed each other respect.

3 grueling rounds of two heavyweights giving every ounce of effort and energy they had.

I celebrate both of them for giving it their all and respecting their opponent.

Before the match, I said to him “never underestimate your opponent.”

“Dad, he was stronger than he looked.”

Sequoia won on points by getting a take-down in the final 3 seconds of the second round. I told him “most kids coast to finish rounds. You won the match by not quitting in the second to last round of the battle”

I got to do my 11th “Triadic” Process today and each one leaves me in awe.

When successful leaders like Laura Mc Nern fly here, they often have no idea what’s likely to unfold

And truthfully, neither do I most of the time.

That used to make me feel uneasy but now after having so many clients come be with me in my office sanctuary inside my home, I simply trust what will occur.

Leaders like Laura are already doing well in their careers and typically aren’t coming for strategy.

And without revealing anything about her experience today, what we both can say is, as we closed out the day, we both just looked at each other and knew the trajectory of the rest of her life had just shifted.

That is not hyperbole.

The Triadic Experience is deep, confronting, healing, identity-changing, expansive and transformative.

It is revealing and will change how you lead in any/all areas of your life if you let it.

I am certain it is the biggest gift I can give someone of all the work I have ever done.

After completing my 11th Triadic Process, I am in awe of what I have gotten to witness Laura and 10 others experience.

I honor their courage, trust and faith in me. It is no small leap I ask of them.

I realize now that the office sanctuary many of you watched me build here was in fact built for these very experiences.

It is with deep gratitude that I say thank you to each of them for traveling all the way here to let me steward them through this process.🙏🏽❤️
