We welcomed students from area high schools to campus today for a hands-on look at the programs and opportunities available at ACC.

From trying their hand at climbing utility poles to discovering that concrete really can float, students were able to see, explore, and experience what learning at ACC is all about.

Please join us in welcoming Laura Douglas to ACC as our new Director of Alumni Relations!

Laura brings nearly 30 years of experience in communications, community relations, and media relations, including 18 years with the Arizona Department of Transportation. She also has a connection to Alpena, having started her career as an anchor and reporter at WBKB-TV.

In her new role, Laura will build connections with ACC students and alumni, help share the college’s success stories, and lead fundraising events and initiatives.

Lace up for the Bucks & Does 5K!

The ACC Student Nursing Association is hosting a 5K on Saturday, November 7, with all proceeds benefiting The Sunset Project, a local nonprofit supporting mental health and community wellness.

Whether you run, walk, or come out to cheer everyone on, all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Big things are taking shape for CNC machining at ACC!

ACC is partnering with America’s Cutting Edge (ACE) to expand hands-on machining training and create more opportunities for students, industry professionals, and the community to build in-demand skills.

The partnership will bring free CNC machining training, hands-on bootcamps, K-12 workshops, industry tours, and connections to potential employers right here at ACC.
