As Lambdas, we understand the importance in giving back to the community that provides us with the various opportunities we have.
Through “Tijeras”, our National Philanthropy Program, we are able to raise awareness on the issues of Latina leadership development, Latinx literacy and increasing educational accessibility to all. Each year, our chapter continues to make it our top priority to raise money for the Latinx Scholarship provided to those in our community.
Providing service to others is not just something we do, it is a part of our organization and our chapter and one of the main reasons our sisters decided to join Lambda. In joining our sisterhood, you open the door to making a difference through living Lambda. by @alphaupsilonlambdas

Sisterhood is one of the core pillars of Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. As an organization with women of all backgrounds, we focus on continuing to thrive through our community by supporting and entrusting in one another.
Through sisterhood, we are able to create an environment where we can depend on one another on a more personal level. Whether it be through our successes or struggles, we help one another in every moment. Living Lambda means more than joining our sisterhood, to live Lambda we strive to continue promoting and fostering an environment where Latina leaders can continue to grow in their educational and professional lives through a network of strong and diverse women. To live Lambda means to be there for one another, wherever and whenever. by @alphaupsilonlambdas

Education has always been important to Lambdas. Through academic excellence and advocating for the accessibility of education for all, Lambda Theta Nu, Sorority Inc. focuses on making a difference for the generations to come.
Through the Latina Youth Leadership Conference, held each year, we strive to connect young individuals with resources that allow them to prosper in their educational aspirations. Lambda continues to grow with women in all fields of study, by opening the doors to Latinas within our community, our organization can continue to prosper in excellence. by @alphaupsilonlambdas
