@3.move.3 I'm blaming you for this one, thank you so much for reminding me about Aesop Rock, I literally didn't get past the first song in the album🤣🤣🤣 by @alshafea

A close friend challenged me to go blindfolded again, it's been a while so I couldn't help but wonder myself. It's kind of cool seeing areas I want to put more awareness into show up a bit clearer when blindfolded. Can't go blindfolded without mentioning @banannapotpot a real rope ninja🥷🏽 #ropeflow #ropeflowcommunity by @alshafea

Yet again I get to blame a few people to cover up my spamming🤫🫣🤣. @aoflows your quick decision gave me a track that just has a great beat. @abbeymasner you seconded my calling to record a flow to this track. Last but far from least @ropeflowradiance you put the nail in the coffin, so here you all go, and thank you all🤍. #ropeflow #ropeflowcommunity by @alshafea

Some inspiration was borrowed, possibly long term🤣, of course I have people to blame. @soulfusionwithamira and @carlkiz you've both got me enjoying some Latin vibes when I flow. @mista_skee this wasn't the fast track I had in mind, but I need up building up quite a sweat after 8 minutes of flowing to it🤣, I also couldn't help but think of you as the different genre of music felt like it added a slightly different flavor to my flow. #ropeflow #ropeflowcommunity by @alshafea

Ok there's a few people to blame for this one, @ros_sanri how dare you introduce me to such a cool song🤣🫠, @theropeflowguy thank you again for another great rope man, I'll keep this one in softer surfaces so it lasts a little longer😅, @mista_skee you totally nailed it with you reel today, the longer I practice the more fun it becomes🥳.

@soulfusionwithamira maybe it's the Arab nature of deflecting, but it's been awesome seeing your journey of movement, rope, dance and yoga. I was originally going to flow to some Bueno Vista Social Club, but this song ended up stealing my attention. #ropeflow #ropeflowcommunity by @alshafea

I wasn't going to post this for multiple reasons, I started too close to the camera, I ended up too far, I couldn't find the original track on Instagram, but seeing how much fun you had @flowinglier I had to post it. In case the audio gets muted, the track is Going Crazy by Ktlyn.

It's one of those days I genuinely wasn't looking to post, but when @yogijoflow @flowinglier and @mista_skee share their amazing skills, I can't help but get inspired 😅. Big shout out to @abbeymasner too, I'm still recovering from the duel nunchucks 🤯

🔥 Happy Birthday Abbey 🔥

Abbey is an absolute badass 💪🏼🖤 and watching her with a rope is something else 🪢✨ The moves, the patterns, the flow - she makes that rope follow her like it has no choice 😮‍💨🔥

You’ve definitely won the hearts of this community ❤️

And of course… we can’t forget your other talent - greatest band manager of all time 🎸🎤😂

Ok so I'm getting into spamming territory, going through a whip addiction at the moment. I feel like I have to tag you @abbeymasner and @nbropeflow, can't tell you why but this spammy flow has your names in it🤣🙌🏽😅
