A rare appearance from me!

Over the past few months, I’ve pushed both my body and mind so hard that I’ve pretty much run out of energy.

After giving it some thought, I realized—who could cherish me more than I cherish myself?

The good and the bad along this journey are all experiences that help me grow and nourish my soul.

It’s time to slow down, give myself space to reflect, keep learning, meet new friends, and try things I’ve never done before.

Just enjoy the journey…

Enjoy the flow you have. Notice your progress. 🫶

A year ago, I could barely see the differences between an OH/UH sneak, much less feel it. Now I can see and feel the differences!! 🌀

And Wow... Red Rocks Amphitheater!!!! 🙌

~A geological masterpiece!
~The only naturally occurring, acoustically perfect open-air Amphitheater in the world!
~Built by hand in the 1930's/40's nestled between the acoustically perfect Ship Rock and Creation Rock
~9,525 seats
~193 steps from the stage to the top plaza
~Generous venue inviting visitors to enjoy sunrise/exercise/relaxing in between concert hours free of charge

(Would love to see The Temper Trap perform!)

🔥 Happy Birthday Abbey 🔥

Abbey is an absolute badass 💪🏼🖤 and watching her with a rope is something else 🪢✨ The moves, the patterns, the flow - she makes that rope follow her like it has no choice 😮‍💨🔥

You’ve definitely won the hearts of this community ❤️

And of course… we can’t forget your other talent - greatest band manager of all time 🎸🎤😂

Happy Birthday Abbey 🥳🎂❤️
Love from the boys in your band 🤘🏼🎶🖤

Fun Freeflow to Current Weather by @kymaracc

Had the pleasure of seeing them perform whilst on a movement camp in Italy. A strange coincidence they are also based in Brighton.

Some of the movements had to be quite quick in parts to fit with the music, my rope synchronisation was a little hit and miss but I had a lot of fun.

🍊⚡️Day 2 of learning to dual wield.

💃🏼 Just out here dancing on my own.

This feels oddly familiar, like something I might have known how to do in another time and place. More or less it was just play. Experimenting and flailing, but there were a few moments where I wasn’t quite sure how whatever happened just happened 😆🙏🏻

@alshafea we spam on! 😆🙌🏻

This song makes me think of the gorgeous flow @yogista.echo did to it ❤️

It also makes me think of @inter.flows because we chatted about that movie that featured this song- but that was the Robyn version 😆🙌🏻

Interesting to feel how the body compensates when your stance limits your range of motion in one area of your body.
