What we like about this coffee is how much fruit it has without becoming heavy or overly fermented.

Cesar Buesaquillo grows this Castillo at 1,800m in Buenavista, Quindío. After a 48-hour fermentation and natural processing, the cup comes through with juicy cherry, plenty of sweetness and a soft vanilla finish.

Ever wonder why one bag of specialty coffee costs €15 while another can reach €60? 🤔☕️

High-quality green coffee can already cost €10–€25+ per kilo before it is even roasted.Then roasting reduces the weight by about 15% to 20%, which means 1kg of green coffee becomes just 800g of roasted beans.
