Introducing Edition 02: Dumbbell.

We’ve spent years reimagining the kettlebell as a piece of equipment you can live and move with, left in sight and reached for willingly. Edition 02 is what happens when the same design principles are applied to the dumbbell.

Strength training should be something you’re drawn to, not bracing for. Our approach to strength has always been slow and deliberate, no dark basements, pounding music or cortisol spikes. Just the weight, your breath and the particular satisfaction of movement done with intention.

Edition 02 exists to make that feeling easier to find.

Today we are live with @healf, hosting an all-day Slow Strength® studio takeover with the phenomenal @sophieoti_ at our long-time partner @180healthclub .

Now five years in the making, it's a surreal privilege to showcase the power of intentional movement and thoughtful design alongside a plethora of brands at the frontier of wellness — ranging from @whoop to @live.momentous , @eightsleep to @op_e___n — and the thought leaders — such as @chriswillx @garybrecka @drandygalpin — shaping the movement.

This weekend at HX26 confirmed something we’ve believed for a long time: strength training doesn’t have to feel the way it always has.

16 fully booked Slow Strength® sessions, hundreds of people moving with stone for the first time and the first public reveal of the Edition 02: Dumbbell, arriving on Healf later this year.
