Strength isn’t just about how much you lift it’s about how long your body holds it.

Time under tension is one of the most underrated tools in strength training especially for building control, resilience, and joint integrity.

And strength? It’s the most pivotal element in any intelligent programme; rehab, performance or longevity.

It builds capacity, confidence, and the ability to keep moving well for longer.

It’s not just about load. It’s about control in the movement.

Feeling where your body wants to rush and staying there a little longer.

Featuring thoughtfully curated, stone formed weights by @alterestudios : where sculptural design, architecture and functional strength meet.
