Each custom project starts with an authentic watch from the client’s own collection.

For this piece, the case and bracelet were hand-sandblasted while preserving the original polished bevels. The bezel received a black DLC coating, combining a matte upper surface with polished edges.

A new matte black dial was manufactured specifically for the project, with the hour markers and hands hand-painted in black and filled with white Super-LumiNova to preserve legibility.

The combination of new finishes, surface treatments, and a custom dial gives the watch a completely different presence. What do you think of the result? 👀

Some custom projects require entirely new components. For this watch, a new bezel was manufactured specifically to receive 48 black baguette diamonds. The dial, hands, and DLC-coated components were then developed around the same visual direction. The new components were manufactured, finished, and assembled in our Swiss workshops, with each detail adapted to the owner’s vision.

The owner chose a matte gray DLC finish to give the watch a more industrial appearance. Before coating, each component was carefully hand-sandblasted to create a fine, even texture while preserving its original shape and proportions.

The DLC treatment is fully reversible, meaning that the watch can be returned to its original state at any time.

Before setting begins, every stone has to work with the next. These 44 pink baguette sapphires, totaling 3.52 carats, were individually selected and matched for color, proportions, and dimensions before being set by hand. Once assembled, they form a continuous line of pink around the watch, with no single stone disrupting the balance of the composition.

This white gold bracelet required restoration after years of wear. Rather than simply restoring it, the owner chose to take the opportunity to create something new through customization. A hand-applied hammered finish gives the surface a completely new character while preserving the bracelet’s original identity.
