December, January, February, March, April
Winter into Spring.
Every time Spring comes around I’m reminded that I forgot how much I love sunsets. Especially the soft Spring ones.
It’s like the world is saying, “Hey you! Look up!”
I always do.
Especially when it’s with friends on a surprise trip to Mexico.
Or sitting around after a meal.
I love sunsets and I love Spring.

21 days, 16 buddies, uncle Allen, and a chocolate milk river

the most magical place I’ve ever had the privilege to journey through

✨ Teacher Audition on Tuesday✨

We’re excited to welcome Avery for a teacher audition this Tuesday at 6PM!

🌿 About Avery ✨

Avery is a 200-HR RYT trained at Asheville Yoga Center, an outdoor lover, and a Sautee Nacoochee local thrilled to share yoga in her hometown. She believes yoga is for every body and creates classes that are adaptive, inclusive, and mindful.

Class Style

Avery will guide a Slow Flow / Yin fusion class - starting with gentle, floor-based movement to connect with the breath, followed by longer-held Yin postures to promote flexibility, circulation, and mindfulness. Props are encouraged, and the practice is accessible for all levels.

I’ve decided that June is my favorite month ✨

The warm river, lighting bugs dancing in the trees, rich summer sunsets, the joy of celebrating a few of my favorite’s birthdays, afternoon thunderstorms. So much to enjoy 🤍

Summer in its complete fullness.

Also! This June I took my first trip to Cumberland Island and wow was I amazed. What a magical place 🍃 by @alumsden

atlas learned to jump into the water, a big birthday backpacking trip with my brother, salamander searching, an unexpected hospital stay (I’m so grateful for smart people and little machines that tell hearts how to beat), rising appalachia and maggie rogers, diving deeper into the 8-limbs of yoga
