✨IT IS, but here’s why it feels like that -

What is gained quickly is often not sustained. And what’s sustained, is often not gained quickly. If you want to be build stable legs in your business you’re going to want to avoid these 3 things:

🩷Don’t stop to check “if it’s working” over & over - that only slows you down & gets you in your own head.
🩷Stop comparing your timeline to what it *looks* like others have achieved. Social media is notorious for creating false FOMO.
🩷Get clear on why you are so amped about your business. You can be certain that others won’t be if you’re not. 😉

Thankful plus some. ❤️

This is a first for us. We’ve never been part of something where entire families are not only encouraged, but celebrated for being part of these well-earned incentive trips TOGETHER.

What a dream to be able to bring our kids with us to Hawaii. And to know we’ll be surrounded by incredible leaders who have become & are dear friends, and families we genuinely can’t wait to spend time with? Priceless.

Because as much as I love what we get to build, it’s who we get to share it with that makes it all mean so much more.

A dream vacation. At just the right moment. With some of my favorite people.

God has been in the details of every part of this story. And I know that the best chapters are yet to be written. 🌸

I wonder how many things we’ve quietly decided aren’t for us, simply because we’ve never seen ourselves doing them before.

We get so comfortable with who we’ve always been that we forget we’re allowed to keep discovering who we could become.

You can love your life, feel confident in who you are, and still have parts of yourself you haven’t even met yet.

I think one of the greatest gifts of having built before is that you have a much better understanding of what you’re actually saying yes to.

I’ve experienced incredible momentum, and I’ve also experienced the kind you have to work relentlessly to create.

Both taught me something.

And I think that’s why this season of building has been so interesting to me. I’m bringing years of experience, but also a completely different set of questions and expectations.

I still believe in hard work. I still believe in people. And I probably love the process of building more than ever.

But I also believe the vehicle matters. The timing matters. The people you’re building with matter. And what you’re building toward matters.

I will always be a woman who believes in working hard, dreaming big, and making the most of what God has given me.

But I also don’t want to become so good at accomplishing things that I forget how to enjoy them.

Because the life we’re building is also the life we’re living RIGHT NOW.

And some of its very best moments will never make it onto a to-do list.

I don’t believe we have to choose between ambition and presence. I believe we can be intentional about making room for both.
