Had the best night with my brothers and my sweetheart. Got to watch @islander @flyleafmusic and @escapethefate dominate the stage. I used to be able to trot around the country frequently for these types of nights. So much has changed in the last few years. I am even a Grandma now (baby due in January) 🥰 Incredibly excited to be a grandparent with @mbochan10 🥰 Baby Rogers is going to love all the Carvajals so much and be a huge @islander fan. Beyond grateful to be able to still have these experiences with my family even if not as frequent. ❤️

As I leave you once again……

Happy Birthday to this amazing album from my brother’s @islander 🧿🎂

Real talk🙋🏼‍♂️

I’m so very thankful for this band in so many ways, it would take me a lifetime to truly try to make it all make sense to y’all.

So here’s a cliff notes version:

I found these wonderful gentlemen a couple years ago when I was in the need of a band that really captured all of my feelings. I kept seeing posts from my friend @alwaysloveislander about this band @islander 🎶

So I decided one day to really dive into this band and see what they were about. The music, the honesty, the relatable lyrics of wanting to have your message heard.

I was completely hooked 🙋🏼‍♂️🎶🪬

Mad love going out to @islander @mikeycarvajal @kwiscarvajal and to all members past and current 🎶🫶🏻❤️🫂🤘🏻

@islander have a new album out now called Grammy Nominated and are currently on tour with @officiallaceysturm amongst others 🎶🤘🏻🎶🤘🏻🎶🤘🏻

If they come through your neck of the woods, GO SEE THEM AND DO A BACK FLIP 🤣🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Love ya @islander @kwiscarvajal @mikeycarvajal @alwaysloveislander 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶✌🏻💚❤️🫶🏻🪬B #nowplaying #vinyl #nowspinning #records #vinylcollection #recordcollection #violenceanddestruction #openyoureyesandletlightin taken in Pennsylvania by @alwaysloveislander

Anybody else looking at that @islander kickstarter total every few minutes? They are so close to reaching their goal to fund their first independent album and getting a healthier tour van. Go get some Christmas, birthday, and/or anniversary shopping done and help get this album made at the same time. Just a few more days for these exclusive perks #alwayslove

Got to see my @pod brothers last night and hand over these beautiful @buckleupforchi skate decks that @thehoochshop made. Our brother @roohere helped me decide if I should get the decks for the guys. Felt like it was a gift from him as well. Thank you @sonnywhosoever @traadaniels @officialmarcoscuriel @louiecastlemuzik @timothyhmusic for always taking care of me. I love being able to be in a family environment and I'm so grateful for you all.

Incredibly grateful I got to be on the rail for @coolio with loved ones 11 days ago at @riot_fest. I kept thinking how my younger self would be so proud of me for getting that opportunity. Life keeps throwing Carpe Diem in my face. Really glad I took that opportunity and made wonderful memories with it.

I got to take my son and witness history a couple nights ago Rage Against the Machine's first show in 11 years! It was beyond phenomenal! The happiness every person there had was palpable. I get goosebumps just thinking about it. Was extra special getting to take my son. The 1st song he learned to drum was this one via Guitar Hero. Go do the things that make you happy ❤️
