What a beautiful year it’s been with my queen😍

Every day I wake up so thankful that I have my rock, my heart, my best friend, and most importantly the love of my life to learn, live, and grow together through this crazy world!

There’s no better way to celebrate the blessings we have received in the last year than to check off a bucket list location🏝️

My hubby is 26! 🥰🫶🏽 I’m always a day late, bc we have too much fun celebrating but I had to share the many faces of 25 yo Alex 🤪🤭🎉

25 was an amazing year to witness & experience with you, and I know 26 is filled with more blessings & adventures! 🤍 by @alxburtn

Monarch Love Stories: Valentine’s Day Edition

I was a freshman football player in 2018, on campus a few weeks early for training. Every morning at Broderick Dining, I kept noticing the same girl, and somehow, she was always finishing up right as I sat down to eat.

The one time I finally worked up the courage to sit near her for breakfast…I got back to the table and she was gone again.

Weeks later I learned she was on the dance team. I figured she was older and probably not interested, so I moved on. Then in November, I randomly became friends with some of her friends, and they introduced us.

From that moment on, we were best friends… and eventually, married in 2025. 💍
Our entire relationship, and our growth into adulthood, happened because we were at ODU together.
