Fun fact: I wasn’t raised on princesses and glass slippers. My bedtime stories were storms, ships, monsters, gods, in particular The Odyssey. And my dad told them very well. I was enthralled by Homer’s epic poems. So.. this is my homage. Not Homer’s version, but mine. A high-fashion myth forged from saltwater, gold, devotion, and return. Greek inspired. Greek born. A woman at sea, rewriting the epic through blood memory and modern ritual. I wanted the song to reflect the imagery. It’s in Greek.
