Today I stepped into my very first boxing class, and I’m so excited for this new chapter! ❤️

Wear It Wednesday 🖤

Who else remembers pedal pushers in the 90s?! 🙋‍♀️ I used to LOVE wearing them… and apparently what goes around comes around because they are very much back in style this spring. 😂

Black capris are such an easy piece to dress up or down, so I had a little fun styling them four different ways — Spring Stroll 🌸, Coffee Date 🤎, Pop of Colour 💙 and Dotty for Red ❤️.

Same capris. Four completely different vibes.

And I have to say… I’m pretty happy this 90s trend made its way back around. 🖤✨

Today I joined a beautiful gentle yoga class with a friend at our local community hub. 🧘‍♀️🤍

It was so nice to slow down, breathe and simply move my body without needing to push or achieve anything.

A little reminder that movement doesn’t always need to challenge you. Sometimes it just needs to move you.
